La casa di Rabaa è bellissima, situata nella Medina in una posizione perfetta. La zona è tranquilla, a pochi passi si trovano tutti i punti di attrazione principali. La casa è bella, spaziosa e ben fornita. Il terrazzino è un punto bonus. La consiglierei a chiunque voglia trascorrere le sue vacanze a Tunisi!

This was a wonderful place to stay and I wished we could stay longer. It had everything we need and I loved having a comfortable and well decorated living room, a lovely outdoor space, fully functional kitchen, and even an office space.

The best place to stay in the Medina of Tunis. Clean and comfy with a beautiful rooftop view. Hayfa was an amazing, helpful, and responsive host. I can not recommend this place enough!!

Notre séjour à Tunis a été formidable ! Mohamed était vraiment très à l’écoute, toujours de bon conseil, il était là pour répondre à la moindre de nos questions et ça très rapidement et a su nous rassurer quand nous avions peur de pas trouver de taxi pour l’aéroport car nous partions très tard dans la nuit L’emplacement est excellent ! À côté de la gare Tunis marine pour aller à sidi bou Said, la marsa et Carthage, à 20mn à pied de la médina, et un restaurant à 15mn à pied très bon et abordable : restaurant com_art Nous reviendrons c’est sûr et certain Le logement est plutôt bien sécurisée, il y a deux portes à plusieurs verrous On avait tout le matériel nécessaire Je vous recommande les yeux fermés ! Encore merci pour ce séjour !!

We are so happy to have found Youssef's place! Youssef was a very responsive host, answered messages straight away and was very flexible. We can find zero faults with this place: the flat was spotless and everything was super clean, great water pressure, safe building, close to the medina and lots of great restaurants, AC and wifi worked well, comfortable furniture. Everything was perfect! Youssef and his family were also great hosts. His parents welcomed us to the flat, he and his wife made us a beautiful Tunisian breakfast on our final day and his father drove us to the airport. If we come back to Tunis, we would love to stay here again!

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été touchés par l'accueil chaleureux et l'attention portée à notre confort. Notre hôte est même venu nous chercher à l'aéroport à 1h15 du matin. Ce geste généreux a grandement facilité notre arrivée et témoigne de l'hospitalité exceptionnelle de notre hôte. La maison elle-même est un véritable havre de paix, alliant le charme authentique de la médina au confort moderne. Chaque détail est soigneusement pensé pour offrir une expérience agréable et reposante. L'emplacement est idéal pour explorer les ruelles pittoresques de la médina et découvrir les trésors culturels de Tunis. J’ai passé un mois et demi dans ce logement avec mon mari et notre fils, et tout s’est très bien passé. L’endroit est propre, lumineux et situé dans un quartier calme et agréable. La maison, toute blanche, est joliment aménagée avec deux belles chambres aux couleurs douces et apaisantes. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée, il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour vivre confortablement en famille. Un grand merci à Monsieur Nourddine pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et toutes ses petites attentions durant notre séjour. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Je recommande vivement !

Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch zentral, ideal für Ausflüge und Erholung. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und schnell. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Jederzeit gerne wieder

A beautiful home right in the center of old Tunis. It’s close to both the train and bus stations, making it the perfect location if you want to explore Tunisia on your own. There are also a great local restaurants nearby. The house itself is exceptionally quiet and peaceful, and in the evenings, wild flamingos fly over the courtyard. Abdelaziz and Marwa were very welcoming and helped us with anything we needed. Thank you both for showing us places in Tunisia that we probably wouldn’t have discovered on our own. We wholeheartedly recommend it :)

Un logement en plein centre de Tunis très agréable et très bien décoré. Très fonctionnel et bien équipé.

Le studio est propre et chaleureux avec le nécessaire à l'intérieur. Le wifi fonctionne parfaitement et la sécurité de l'immeuble est irréprochable

Great space for groups traveling! There are two apartments right next to each other so you could rent both out at the same time for larger groups. We had plenty of space for our group of 10 plus more. I would recommend this place for sure. The host is very helpful in fixing any issues.
