Outside, you will find terrace, garden, table under the trees, hammock to recharge your batteries in the heart of nature. In summer, under the terrace, we have set up a nice little corner for your nap or your aperitif ... Winter or summer? Here, nature's bath is guaranteed whatever the season!

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

In the heart of the Ubaye Valley, Small House under renovation on 800 m² of land, 20 minutes from ski resorts such as PRALOUP and Le SAUZE and 25 minutes from MONTCLAR. The interior is finished.
