Welcome to your cocoon under the beams, a warm loft nestled on the top floor of a Savoyard house. Here: exposed frames, skylights bathed in light and direct view of the trees in the garden. The loft is equipped with a double bed, which can be slightly separated from the rest of the room thanks to a screen. A small airlock after the stairs connects the living room, a double bedroom with a king-size bed, and a separate toilet. Equipped kitchen and bathroom, offering views of the sky.

Amenities for a pleasant stay for two people and/or young children. 25 minutes from the Feclaz resort ( cross country skiing, snowshoeing) and 40 minutes from Margeriaz ( ski hiking, dog sledding...) . All shops and a cinema nearby as well as bus lines serving Chambéry in 15 minutes .

We welcome you to a 23 m² independent furnished studio, fitted out in our tastefully renovated farmhouse. It is located on a green hillside 2 steps from Chambéry, in a quiet area. Our region is ideal for skiing (downhill and cross-country 19 km away), walks, swimming in summer, relaxation and sightseeing: Historic town and Chambéry castle, bike paths, beaches of Lake Bourget, visit to Annecy and its lake, Vanoise Park, Bauges mountain range... You can relax here summer and winter!! Idyllic setting, a beautiful south facing terrace with views of the Granier and the Belledonne massif. Passionate about outdoor sports we can guide you to explore the surrounding area. Hikes are available on foot. In winter, you are 20 minutes from the Féclaz cross-country ski resort by car, 50 minutes from the first ski resort in the Belledonne massif (7 Laux..) From 05/01 to 09/30 a swimming pool is available (not heated).

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Apartment close to the resorts and lake, ideal location 20 minutes from La Feclaz, 20 minutes from Lake Bourget. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. 15 m² terrace with views of La Croix du Nivolet and La Chapelle St Michel. Hiking trails very close by and shops nearby (Vival, butcher, etc.). Everything is on site to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Quiet garden studio - secure parking

Independent studio on the ground floor, recent (2023) with bathroom and separate toilet. You can enjoy the 500m2 fenced garden with deckchairs, shaded area for outdoor dining. Here, we love animals and you are welcome with dog, cat, camel. Fully equipped with real bed with comfortable Bultex mattress and full kitchen with fridge, induction, coffee maker and kettle. Bed linen and towels provided. Washing machine for €5, detergent included.

Independent studio in house.

Take a break at the foot of the mountains in our studio. Parking is available in front of the studio to recharge electric cars (10 euros per recharge, to be paid on site). Thermal cars will have to park on the street 20 m away. A hot plate is available for cooking as well as a senseo with pods. The studio has a 140x190 bunk bed and a sofa bed for 2 children. The studio is air-conditioned in the summer for cool nights.
