Our region is ideal for skiing (downhill and cross-country 19 km away), walks, swimming in summer, relaxation and sightseeing: Historic town and Chambéry castle, bike paths, beaches of Lake Bourget, visit to Annecy and its lake, Vanoise Park, Bauges mountain range... Passionate about outdoor sports we can guide you to explore the surrounding area. Hikes are within walking distance. In winter, you are 20 minutes from the Féclaz cross-country ski resort by car, 50 minutes from the first ski resort in the Belledonne massif (7 Laux..) From 06.15 to 09.15 a swimming pool is available (unheated).

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Apartment close to the resorts and lake, ideal location 20 minutes from La Feclaz, 20 minutes from Lake Bourget. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. 15 m² terrace with views of La Croix du Nivolet and La Chapelle St Michel. Hiking trails very close by and shops nearby (Vival, butcher, etc.). Everything is on site to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Here, we love animals and you are welcome with dog, cat, camel. Fully equipped with real bed with comfortable Bultex mattress and full kitchen with fridge, induction, coffee maker and kettle. Bed linen and towels provided. Washing machine for €5, detergent included.

Unusual and quiet apartment (42m² in the basement of our house). Kitchen open to a 700m² garden overlooking the Bauges massif. Spacious master bedroom. Small living room convertible into a bedroom with a double sofa bed leading to a bathroom, small but functional (shower+wc). Located 30 min maximum from the lakes in summer ( Bourget, Aiguebelette, St André, La Thuile, etc.), and the first ski slopes in winter (La Feclaz, Margeriaz).

Studio near station Comfort and Charm

Quiet and Comfortable Located near the train station on the Cassine side, and close to the city center. The studio of more than 20 m² is comfortable (real bed 140 x 190), it has private bathrooms and a kitchenette, with stove, microwave and grocery base, tea, coffee, oil... The decor is simple and vintage. From the window you can see the train station and the SNCF rotunda, in the distance the Epine mountain range.

Parties and events are forbidden! T2 upstairs of our house where we live with my family. The entrance is independent, the apartment too. The bus line that leads to the city center in 15 min passes 50 meters from the apartment. The neighborhood is very quiet, we are surrounded by mountains and shops. Parking spaces in the courtyard in front of the house. Barby is adjacent to Challes les Eaux, 10 min by bike

Take a break at the foot of the mountains in our studio. Parking is available in front of the studio to recharge electric cars (10 euros per recharge, to be paid on site). Thermal cars must park on the street 20 m away. A hot plate is available for cooking as well as a Senseo with pods. The studio has a 140 x 190 bunk bed and a sofa bed for 2 children. The studio is air-conditioned in summer for cool nights.
