Unusual and quiet apartment (42m² in the basement of our house). Kitchen open to a 700m² garden overlooking the Bauges massif. Spacious master bedroom. Small living room convertible into a bedroom with a double sofa bed leading to a bathroom, small but functional (shower+wc). Located 30 min maximum from the lakes in summer ( Bourget, Aiguebelette, St André, La Thuile, etc.), and the first ski slopes in winter (La Feclaz, Margeriaz).

Take a break at the foot of the mountains in our studio. Parking is available in front of the studio to recharge electric cars (10 euros per recharge, to be paid on site). Thermal cars must park on the street 20 m away. A hot plate is available for cooking as well as a Senseo with pods. The studio has a 140 x 190 bunk bed and a sofa bed for 2 children. The studio is air-conditioned in summer for cool nights.

Guests can enjoy the swimming pool available from May to the end of September, the private hot tub available all year round as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and its terraces.
