Catherine is a wonderful, proactive and caring host, Catherine is a role model for hosts on AirBnB. Catherine's amazing willingness to ensure we were ok at all times was empowering, genuine and respected. From the moment we arrived and the challenges we created for ourselves, Catherine was unwavering, and always reminding us enjoy ourselves and not let a small issue we created, spoil our time in wonderful Barbados. Thanks to Catherine welcoming approach, we enjoyed our time in Barbados. Catherine's house is spotless with great bathrooms, TVs, A/C, kitchen and good beds. We highly recommend Catherine's house not only cause it's perfect but Catherine is a legend. From the house it's easy to get anywhere including 15mins to the airport.

If you’re looking for a private quiet spacious space to relax, unwind and rest then Ridge View is perfect. Everything is just as described- From the view on the back veranda to bathing by the pool, doing our laundry under the sun, we had everything we needed and really felt at home and at peace. Mauva, who manages the villa, was always available and checked we were ok from time to time. The air fryer really came in handy too, but if you don’t feel like cooking there’s a place called the ocho ríos bullpen about 10min drive away- we LOVED their take on fish and chips! Would defo recommend and would defo stay here again. Thank you so much Sylvia & Mauva

The house was in a lovely location to experience the local culture. It is a friendly community of Vila’s with very friendly people. A short walk to the beach and a short drive to Batts Rock beach which is one of my favourite on the island. This villa is perfect to escape the high tourism of Holetown and Bridgetown.

This place is more beautiful than the pictures. Squeaky Clean!

The place is bigger than the pictures so much space inside and outside. Very peaceful and loves the sound of the sea at night. Would stay there again.

We had a wonderful eight day stay. The Villa was perfect for our family of four and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. David was very friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful and peaceful. The villa was even nicer than the pictures portrayed.

The home is cozy and situated in the amazing estate of Royal Westmoreland. It was nice having a housekeeper and taking walks throughout the community. Getting into the estate was somewhat challenging at first because there weren't exact addresses or house numbers, but once we knew the home, it was easy thereafter.

Zena was an excellent host! She greeted us when we first arrived and she gave a brief tour and demonstration of the house. During the stay she checked in on us to ensure everything was going well. She responds quickly to any questions or concerns you may have and she was extremely helpful and helped to make my trip as pleasant as possible under the circumstances. The house was just as described on the site and it was very clean and provided me with a sense of peace. I felt like I was home. She even provided us with some essential food items to get us started. Her attention to detail is what helps not only this property but also Zena as a host to stand out. Zena is absolutely wonderful and I would definitely consider staying here again.

I stayed with seven of my students and my colleague and it was perfect. We loved walking to the reef to do marine biology, going on the roof to star gaze and do math lessons, and the pool for the kids to unwind. I loved that the doors locked automatically so I didn’t have to worry about the kids each needing a key or forgetting to lock the doors. There was an area for us to gather as a group and the kitchen was large so more than one person could cook. Highly recommended

A great location in the best part of Barbados, close to all our favourite restaurants. The advantage of being part of the Royal Westmoreland is that you have access to a gym and huge swimming pool as well as the small one at the villa, and to Mullins Beach. And excellent food within walking distance

Great 7 days- no complaints. Kids enjoyed the private and communal pools. Very responsive host and property manager. So, very pleasant stay overall.

We had a fantastic time at the Sweet Spot villa. Between the easy access to the beach and private pool, there was plenty to keep everyone entertained. The community is beautiful and there was ample space for our family of 11. It was also a huge plus to have bathrooms in each bedroom when getting ready each day. Todne was very helpful in getting our questions answered. Unfortunately, internet is spotty (which caused delays in communicating in general). It would have been helpful to have had some instructions regarding the house earlier (re: how to get ‘hot’ water, work the door locks, registering etc.) but we figured it out eventually. Overall, we had a wonderful time.

Beautiful villa! Spent a few days here to celebrate my girlfriend’s 28th birthday and it was everything we could’ve imagined! The view is amazing, barbados is such a lovely place. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Thank you for helping me put together a personal chef for the birthday girl! The villa was so amazing we didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to come back!

Annabelle's is an absolutely unique property, and we feel so privileged to have stayed there. Fraser was a wonderful host, so responsive and full of helpful recommendations and suggestions. the very few teething issues were sorted by him during our stay, with the help of Neville, the property manager. Fraser and his team went above and beyond in their efforts to make our stay as stress free as possible, arranging car hire and airport pick ups. The location is stunning. Words are not enough to express the views, the beaches and the sunsets! we have never, and will never again stay anywhere quite as spectacular. It is worth remembering that Anabelle's is a traditional Bajan house. There is no air-con, and the sea is noisy at night. You will be visited by the local bugs, so pack repellent and ear plugs if you are a light sleeper; but when you wake up in the morning and throw open the shutters- it will all be forgotten! This is a beautiful villa with so much charm.. the wrap around porch is the center of it all.. we spent mornings, afternoons and late nights enjoying the porch. We rented the whole villa and the cottage close to it for a group of 15 and we hand so much space! The kitchen is well equipped and had EVERYTHING we needed from place mats to wine glasses and matching China for a sit down dinner setting for our large group. We booked the Chef for one dinner and it was amazing! you should definitely do it, he shopped, cooked, did service and cleaned up! Food was amazing and i personally recommend having the warm chocolate chip bread pudding by him.. amazing!! The staff cleaned and tidy the villa and rooms every morning, the ladies were super helpful and friendly, this is an ideal location for a large group enjoying Barbados. Just book it! :)

I can highly recommend Sundown Villa, whether you wants to book for a family or group of friends, the villa is in the most perfect spot literally across the road from an amazing beach. The Villa is well decorated, with everything you need to have a perfect holiday. The additional benefit is that the villa comes with 3 staff, a laundrette, housekeeper & chef, all of which worked very hard to keep the house looking immaculate, and the chef making sure your are very well fed. It was never imposing and perfectly relaxed. Lisa the chef, devised different meal options, and would then go shopping for us to collect all that was needed, we just needed to give her the money. It was the perfect experience, each meal was excellent quality & taste, the table was always set, she cooked the best bbq food too! I cannot recommend sundown highly enough!

The four of us, (2 adults, 2 children - 13 and 9 year old) had such an amazing holiday. Paul and Nicky are excellent hosts with quick and friendly responses to our questions and loads of info about the local area and recommendations. The villa was awesome. Very clean, plenty of space for the four of us with two ensuite bedrooms and a fantastic location. Beds were big and comfy and the kitchen was big enough for a couple of family meals. Location was excellent with it just being a three min walk to an amazing beach and access to sun loungers courtesy of Fairmont Pavillion hotel passes. The shared pool is also a great additon. I would recommend hiring a car if you want to do some food shopping and see more of the island. Although the reggae reggae buses are pretty frequent and quite an experience, having a car makes it so much easier to get around. Barbados and the people are fantastic. Very friendly and we felt very safe. Highly recommend this place.

From the time of booking to the moment we left, everything was stress free and nothing was too big of an ask or an issue. Kudos to the property manager Ms. Cheryl who is a gem!! Her and her husband were so helpful and ensured we had what we needed and were always willing to advise when called upon. This place is exactly like its pictures and is a true home away from home to unwind. It is so close to Brownes beach and the heart of Bridgetown will not far away from the airport or the Gap. We will definitely be back soon and highly recommend staying here when you’re in Barbados.

We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage. Thanks so much to Dawn and Mark for always getting back to us and for being so helpful with any local questions we had. We felt very welcome and didn’t want to leave! We stayed with our 2 young daughters who loved the pool. They also enjoyed the pool at Paul Owen’s. The local restaurants are lovely and Masey’s supermarket being walking distance was helpful. We also walked to Paynes beach which is 25 minutes towards Bridgetown direction but would highly recommend it! Peaceful beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. A beach bar with great food and we saw turtles. Don’t forget your snorkel!!

If you are looking to get away from it all, look no further. Inchcape Villas makes it easy to escape to Paradise. The Sunrise Villa has stunning panoramic views from every angle. The kitchen appliances are new and full size allowing you cook big meals. Kitchen is well stocked. Large dining room/living room are inviting and a great place to relax. Access to wifi allows you to stay connected. The master bed is large with ample closets, a safe, and an ensuite bathroom. A patio outside the bedroom is perfect for viewing the morning sunrise. However, the main draw to this particular villa is the wrap around patio with several relaxing spaces. Beyond the accommodations, the staff is what really makes this place special. The manager, security, housekeeping, maintenance, and the owners do everything possible to make your stay exactly what you want it to be. Highly recommend and looking forward to returning in the future. Compliments to Wolfgang and staff for truly creating aparadise

This is our second stay at Karen's place and we have absolutely loved it. It has felt like a home from home and we find the energy of the place so uplifting and so peaceful. This beautiful villa is a short walk away from breathtaking beaches, glorious sunsets and friendly bars. We truly wouldn't want to stay anywhere else and Karen is absolutely wonderful to communicate is; as is Crystal the villa's lovely agent. Thank you Karen for another unforgettable holiday xx

Wonderful place to stay. Fully stocked and the host was easy to reach. We will be back to the island again and this place felt like home. Great area and amenities.

This villa exceeded our expectations in every way. Quiet, private, well equipped and easy access to the gorgeous ocean. There was lots to do in the area including the fabulous Fish Pot restaurant, a friendly and inviting pizza shop (Jacs) and a well stocked rum shop and local bar (Mertons place). The neighborhood is a mix of locals and vacation rentals. We walked a lot and felt completely safe. And our hosts, well they were perfect. Incredible customer service, excellent communication and helpful information. And their local help, Mr. Babb, made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Also, we were offered a Christmas meal delivered by a local catering company, Jeberri's. For a very fair price, they delivered a lovely Christmas dinner to our door. Could not have asked for a better 5 days in the glorious country of Barbados.
