The Biorka Guest House is charming, affordable, and private. It is a short walk to nearby downtown shopping, Sitka National Park, Tlingit totem poles, and salmon-rich Indian River, as well as to the Fine Arts Camp, harbors, and very beautiful hiking trails. The room is excellent for couples & solo adventurers. It has a separate entrance, mountain views, private full bath, TV/DVD player plus videos, and a queen bed. There is a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, microwave & coffee machine.

A raised garden bed area is seen, featuring several orderly plots separated by wooden structures. A white chicken coop stands at the back, surrounded by greenery. Pathways are constructed with gravel and stepping stones, leading to and around the garden, enhancing accessibility.

HarborView Hideaway

Cozy apartment nestled on the top of a three story home in the heart of downtown Sitka. It has two bedrooms each with a queen, and two comfy leather couches (a loveseat and a full size). The kitchen is a half kitchen so there is no stove but it does come equipped with a microwave, hot plate, coffee pot, and tea kettle. Our floor is the next floor down and is not separated by a door but you have total privacy. We have two dogs and a backyard full of chickens, but no animals enter into the rental.

Anchor Bay is a brand new construction just steps from the beach. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. It has a fully stocked gourmet kitchen and pantry. There is a new gas grill located outside for grilling. It has a large dining table that seats six and adjoining living room that has an electric fireplace and Samsung frame TV. It has a full size washer and dryer. It is located within walking distance to Totem Park, the Raptor Center, and downtown Sitka, and Harbor Mountain Brewery.

Kasiana Island Cabin sits on the west shore of Kasiana Island, 1 mile southwest of Sitka, Alaska. The cabin was built in 2011. This remote site is generally accessible year-round by boat. It can be accessed by kayak weather permitting. Visitors are responsible for their own travel arrangements, or hire me. Guests are responsible for their own safety, and must bring their own amenities. Water is available by rain barrel, A cooler provided and bbq, bring ice. Waterproof boots are a must!

Renovated in 2025, the apartment is in the center of town, just up from Crescent Harbor. With its hidden entrance, and maritime-themed furnishings, the apartment has the feel of a dockside Speakeasy. Great for folks wanting to get work done, while breaking free for an afternoon boat or bike ride.

A compact dual washer/dryer unit is neatly integrated into the cabinetry, featuring a chrome door that reflects light. Control buttons and a digital display are positioned above the door. The warm wooden countertops provide a natural contrast to the appliance.

We have stayed at Candace's locations many of times and they've always been great. Already booked again for next month!

we had a great stay at Alana and Jose's place. it is clean, quiet, comfortable, and well equipped. It's a great location, a short walk to many of sitka's sites and delights. Jose is a super considerate host. And the rental car was a very nice bonus.

I have been coming to Sitka for years and lodging can be tricky and very limited at times. This is my first time staying with Mike at Ravens Peak. Honestly, I’ll never go anywhere else. This is a traditional bed and breakfast with a nice little private space, a nice big bathroom and a hot tub right outside the bedroom door ready to jump in, kick back and enjoy one of the most spectacular views in Alaska. He does an impressive breakfast in the morning and has some pretty great stories. The Ravens peak has an Alaskan feel decor mixed with local art. I will never go anywhere else in Sitka.

Downtown Historic Home

This house was perfect for 6 adults! It was clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed. The washer and dryer was so convenient.. We were able to walk to some of our tours, which made life easier and we got some exercise. I would recommend this home to anyone while staying in Sitka.

My 3 nights on the Karmon Dee were wonderful. It’s for anyone who wants to experience Sitka boat life. As a 20 year king salmon commercial fisherman, the KD felt homie and comfortable. Given the opportunity, I’d definitely book again.

This place is amazing! Cozy cabin in the woods with great amenities. Easy check-in. Highly recommend staying here if you are traveling to Angoon. (which is a lovely community)
