I had a wonderful, wonderful stay at Iliana's place. Everything is just perfect from rooftop terrace to breakfat. Iliana prepares the best coffee in whole Baracoa! I 100% recommend to stay with her when visiting Baracoa.

First of all: Baracoa is amazing! One of the best places I've visited in Cuba! If you are unsure and it looks like it is difficult to reach, hesitate no more: go for it! It's worth the effort! Secondly, Yowell's place is the perfect base to visit that beautiful place: the room is spacious, bright and clean. There are two terraces (one private to the room and one shared with the other room, but there was no one else when I stayed there) but in practice you use the shared one because it's in the shade and has beautiful views over the palm trees (hence the name of the place). The location is great: 5 min walk to the city center and no traffic. The breakfast is filling and tasty. Mary was friendly and even washed my clothes (twice because I forgot some the first time...). I very much enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Baracoa!

Wir haben die Tage bei Iliana sehr genossen, waren im oberen Stockwerk ganz für uns und fühlten uns gleichzeitig immer gut umsorgt. Das reichhaltige Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und jeden Morgen zur gewünschten Zeit erneut köstlich. Iliana ist eine sehr hilfsbereite und liebenswürdige Gastgeberin, die wir aufs höchste empfehlen können.

Hemos estado en esta casa particular por tres dias. Pronto Como llégues a la calle , verás esta casa espectacular tendida en una colina que no es demasiado alta. Los propietarios Marais y Lorenzo les dan la bienvenida y hacerte sentir a gusto. Ya desde la entrada de la casa vemos que has entrado en el paraíso con una fabulosa vista al mar. La entrada a la nuestra habitación privada era por escaleras externas entonces nos quedamos solos como un pequeño apartamento. La habitación tenía un baño privado con ducha de agua caliente, una cocina con frigo y muchas comodidades, una terraza con vista al mar y después con una escalera interna puedes encontrar una terraza sobre el techo muy espaciosa. Que dicir!!! El desayuno los hemos hecho cada mañana en la terraza vista al mar con muchas frutas, pan, huevos, caffè y cioccolata. Por non mencionar la piscina y el patio de la casa que non encuentra fácilmente en otras casas de Baracoa. Para las excursiones puedes rentar bicicletas o autista privado. Pregúntale a los propietarios como ir a Playa Maguana, al Yunque, a la cascada y otro lugar característico y ellos te pueden ayudar. Una experiencia inolvidable y seguro que regresemos de nuevo!!

Preciosa estancia en casa de José Luis. Gran casa literalmente en el mar. Esta en la playa, una playa natural con un atardecer precioso para contemplar desde su azotea La habitación espaciosa con todo lo necesario. La cena y desayuno ,todo muy rico. Nosotros tuvimos un gran problema y ellos nos ayudaron en todo lo que pudieron, y nos trataron como a un miembro más de su familia. Llegar a Baracoa merece mucho la pena

De host, Carlos is een geweldig vriendelijke man. Wij hadden 2 dagen geboekt en wilde graag nog een nacht blijven. Het koste ons eerst even moeite om het juiste adres te vinden maar het was het absoluut allemaal waard, wat een waanzinnige plek. Carlos en zijn familie en alle dieren die er vrij rondlopen, je waant je als een god in Frankrijk. Eten werd geregeld, je hoeft nergens aan te denken, Carlos regelt alles. Ook met ons naar Baracoa gereden voor Bezine, dit kregen wij onderweg niet bij het benzinestation en hij heeft dit voor ons geregeld. De weg van Holguín naar Maguana is echt op heel veel stukken erg slecht te bereiden, maar het was het waard als je eenmaal daar bent. Carlos en familie, bedankt!

José e sua família são extremamente amáveis e desde o início ele fez todo o possível para nos ajudar em tudo possível, com ajuda em conseguir transporte e também em buscar de um atendimento médico que precisavamos durante a viagem. A casa é muito linda e cômoda, e tem todas as facilidades que você precise. Banheiro e quartos impecáveis e uma varanda muito confortável para relaxar. A casa é muito próxima ao centro e restaurantes e tivemos check out flexível. José, espero poder voltar logo para visitarlos. Tú é uma pessoa abençoada e desejo tudo de bom pra você e sua família ❤️🇨🇺🇧🇷

Muy buena atencion. Cambio de toallas todos los dias y mucha limpieza. La terraza fenomenal las vistas. Zona muy tranquila. Volvere en verano

The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking – even better than the pictures! The house was peaceful, spotless, and perfect for a relaxing stay. The host welcomed us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed.

We had a very happy stay at Migdalia’s beautiful casa. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and have striking views looking out over the bay. The breakfast we enjoyed each morning was great. Migdalia and her husband Jimmy are excellent hosts and were friendly, attentive and full of good advice. Even when we requested things at short notice they went out of their way to help. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others and I would certainly like to return myself.

Illiana is an amazing host!! the house was in very good condition/clean, Very friendly area. The breakfast was amazing it had a combination of fruits and beverages, amazing chocolate 🍫 and she makes everything very enjoyable. the facility of having 2 electric circuits was definitely very helpful to keep the fans on. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

wir waren das zweite Mal in dieser Casa und es war wieder perfekt, der schönste Ort in Baracoa und mindalia und Yimy sind so herzliche und freundliche Menschen wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder in diese Casa gehen

El alojamiento impecable con unas vistas preciosas .Se respira un aire puro y en la azotea hacia una brisa espectacular. Mary siempre atenta para lo q necesitáramos Eramos 8 personas y teniamos nucho espacio Las camas muy comodas . La ducha con agua caliente y fría algo maravilloso. De seguro cuando valla a Baracoa regresaremos
