Stayed for one night and the property was perfect for 4 of us and the location is great, close to all the shops and restaurants. Great value and a good size

Dimitri's place is in the ultra city center, but is particularly quiet. The apartment is perfectly consistent with the photos and the bonus comes from communication with Dimitri, always attentive and super responsive. In short, a very nice stay in the Trojan "cork"!

True to the description, the apartment was clean and functional. It is a 20-minute walk to the center of Troyes and just a 10-minute drive. Big plus for the closed garage for the car!

A nice little apartment with everything you need. A nice little terrace surrounded with greenery. Parking is always available in front of the door. Several small lamps, have given cozy light in the room. There was also no lack of comfort. The dishwasher, a large refrigerator, a good stove and oven and a really good bathroom. We loved staying here!

We stayed at Nathalie’s place for my aunt’s 70th birthday and we loved it. The house was just as described, had everything we needed and was very comfortable for 5 adults. It is ideally located for exploring the wider area. Nathalie was a good host, she popped by to say hello after we checked in and before we left to make sure everything was ok.

The accommodation is arranged in attic on the grounds of Marie Thérèse who lives nearby. it is bright, equipped with all modern comforts, and Thérèse is a very attentive host. Flexible schedules are appreciated. In short, everything went very well. We love the area and will be back in a heartbeat. Thanks to Thérèse.
