Piękny apartament, który został idealnie zaaranżowany, mam na myśli np. 3 klimatyzatory w mieszkaniu, przez które wypoczywające osoby mają na prawdę wysoki komfort na wakacjach. Apartament jest nowoczesny i posiada bardzo dużo udogodnień ułatwiających codzienne funkcjonowanie co nie zawsze jest oczywiste, są worki na śmieci, płyny do mycia, odkurzacz. Pokoje są duże i komfortowe. Pan Arkadiusz jest pomocny, polecił nam bardzo dobrą knajpę w której świetnie się nami zaopiekowali. Zawsze odbierał telefony w razie jakiegoś problemu wszystko było rozwiązywane natychmiastowo. Serdecznie polecam apartament i Petrovac jako bazę pobytu w Czarnogórze. Plaża miejska jak to miejska nie powala, ale sam Petrovac jest dobrze usytuowany pod względem zwiedzania całej Czarnogóry.

Vi havde en dejligt ophold i Eduardo lejlighed. Tak til Marica og hendes fam for at kører os til turist kontoret og hjælpe med betaling af turist skat og for at kører os til togstationen den dag vi skulle videre. Lejligheden var dejlig rummelig og lys. Skønt med aircondition i alle rum og dejlige altaner.

This place is located in a very calm area. Its the perfect choice if you want to relax a bit and just enjoy a private, peaceful life. Still, if youre looking for more action it only takes a 15 minute walk to reach the main beach of sutomore with lots of restaurants and bars. Elena was pro active with the communication and youll see her frequently around the house where youll be able to chat with her a bit. She gave us great recommendations, took us with her to Bar one day, invited us to a glas of wine and even left some beer for us, which she told us is her sons favorite, right in front of the entrance to the place so we could take it with us as we left. Overall the stay was definitely worth it and Elenas hospitality made it quite special :)

Great place, really comfortable, they provide everything you need. Bit hard to find in dark first night but he sent very detailed instructions. We travelled all over the country in a hire car and was able to get about freely. Parking outside and was simple. The hosts responded quickly to all questions and provided extra bedding and towels. We loved using the washing machine as pack light. Really quiet complex but some building going on opposite side, breaking rocks but was absolutely fine and they didnt start early. Great base for anyone but if you're from the UK or anywhere that is not mountainous be aware that 35 miles here takes triple the time then it would. So to get to Kotor bay it took between one hour 45 and two hour 45 depending on where we wanted to be. Pavel also let us check out late so again super accommodating!

The room is very clean, quiet, and in a great location. The beach is within a 10 minute walk. The hosts are very helpful and friendly, and I definitely recommend them! We felt very relaxed and comfortable here

Die Anlage hat eine tolle Lage mit einer super Aussicht auf die Stadt und das Meer oberhalb des Berges. Allerdings ist die Anfahrt auf den schmalen Straßen zwischen den Gebäuden zum Berg hinauf auch teilweise herausfordernd, aber nach wenigen Auf-und Abfahrrten gewöhnt man sich daran. Das Appartmment ist gut ausgestattet. Die Anlage besteht aus etwa 25 Appartments und ist somit schon ziemlich groß. Dies konnten wir aus der Beschreibung leider nicht erkennen. Unsere Asprechpartnerin Jovana war stets erreichbar und hat immer sehr schnell bei Fragen reagiert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Zu den Gästen zählten auch viele Familien mit Kleinkindern, weshalb es leider öfters sehr laut am großen Hauptpool war. Es gibt aber einen weiteren kleineren Pool, wo es entspannt und ruhig ist. Mit etwas Glück sieht man Kreuzfahrtschiffe. Möchte man Städte wie Budva oder Kotor besuchen, empfiehlt es sich früh um 6 Uhr zu starten.

We had a fantastic week in Jennifer's amazing villa. The location, the views, the space were all incredible. The private beach area was great and the pool was perfect. Jennifer and team were very responsive to any queries we had and I would highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful escape with stunning scenery and sunsets!

Die Villa ist terrassenförmig auf 3 Ebenen aufgeteilt. Auf Ebene 1 und 2 ist der Wohn- und Schlafbereich und auf der 3. Ebene befindet sich eine schattige Terrasse. Die Ebenen sind durch Treppen miteinander verbunden ohne Geländer u. Handlauf. Für Familien mit Kleinkindern und Babys wäre das relativ gefährlich wir haben aber ältere Kinder und von daher war das ok. Den besten Ausblick auf das Meer hat man von der mittleren Ebene wo sich zwei Schlafzimmer und ein WC befinden. Nur in der unteren Ebene ist eine Küchenzeile und ein weiteres Schlafzimmer. Die Villa ist von vielen Bäumen umgeben was sehr positiv ist, wenn draußen die Sonne scheint. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage im Haus aber wir fanden es immer recht angenehm und nicht so heiss innen, weil die Wände isoliert und die Fenster verschlossen und verschattet waren. In der Küche sind sehr viele Utensilien vorhanden und es gib auch viel Strandequipmemt in der Garage. Vanja hatte bereits eingekauft und einen netten Empfang vorbereitet.

I loved my week's stay here. The house contained everything I needed and felt like a home from home. The view straight out to the sea is stunning and the location is ideal. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes plus a great supermarket within a few mins walking distance. Tijana couldn't have been more responsive or helpful. A superb host!

The housing was super nice and we felt immediately at home. It’s super spacious and has everything you need. Allda answers almost immediately and is very helpful and kind. It was a really nice stay in would recommend. Would come again.

La maison de Dusan est très confortable. Sa maman nous a gentiment accueillis avec une tarte 🙏. La télé est gigantesque, et super pour regarder un film le soir. Le pont pour accéder aux balades en bateau est à 25 minutes à pied ou 5 minutes en voiture. La communication avec Dusan est très agréable, il est très attentionné. Je recommande vivement.

Nikolas house was a great destination! It's really spacious and it was very clean in all rooms. Especially the kitchen was very well equipped if you are planning to cook for yourself. It also has a nice balcony and a parking lot in front of the house to park your car on privat ground. Nikola was very quick and friendly responding my messages. He also offered to organise a boat tour for the Skadar lake (which is very beautiful and close by). Entering the house was also very flexible, because you can just take the keys out of a locker at the house. So we really had a great time at Nikolas house and could definitely recommend it!!

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit bei Marko. Er gibt sich wirklich die aller größte Mühe, dass es seinen Gästen gut geht. Mehr geht nicht. Bester Host! Die Lage in der Nähe vom See ist toll und bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Eine Tour auf dem See ist am frühen Morgen oder gegen Abend zu empfehlen, dann ist fast nichts los. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Проживали вчетвером 6 дней в прекрасном просторном доме . Хозяин дома Стефан встретил нас у автостанции и любезно довез до дома. Дом нас очень впечатлил, все фото соответствуют описанию. Красивый декор на стенах, прекрасная терасса, на территории есть мангальная зона и растущий виноград. Очень дружелюбная соседка и милые котики в округе. Тихий район и прекрасный вид на горы и море. Учитывайте, что к дому ведёт дорога в гору, что может быть проблемой для пожилых. Но нам это не доставляло трудностей. Поблизости автостанция и Ж.Д. вокзал. До моря примерно 10 минут ходьбы. К сожалению, на третий день пропал Wi-Fi. Стефан обещал уладить эту проблему, однако проблема не была устранена. Возможно, что в этом не была вина хозяина. В целом, мы остались очень довольны проживанием в доме Стефана. Рядом с автовокзалом находятся 2 продуктовых магазина (Voli, Franca) и небольшой рынок. Могу порекомендовать кафе Kafana Kuzina, там достаточно низкие цены и вкусно.

Great place if you want to leave the crowd and noise behind. The place is perfect for a couple, all what you need for your stay is here. The view from the balcony and roof top is breathtaking- one of those that you can’t get enough of it. The beach and some restaurants are waking distance away. Definitely have a car so that you can move around freely. Milan is extremely helpful and friendly. He told us some tips and local recommendations which is what you need to have a great time exploring new place! We spent two weeks in Montenegro and a restaurant close by ( Konoba kod Slavka) is one of the best if you like fish and seafood.

Ivica's place was great. It's near the city center of Bar, close to the large Voli supermarket which is the best grocery store I've found in Montenegro and close to the beach promenade. I slow travel which means I do a fair amount of cooking, Ivica's place was well stocked with everything I needed to cook and bake. The only thing the apartment didn't have that I wanted was a freezer so be aware of that.

Wirklich sehr coole Unterkunft mit einer sensationellen Aussicht. Es war alles sauber und die Küche mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung für Leute die mit einem Auto in Montenegro unterwegs sind.

Very nice apartment. Clean, close to commodities, functional, nice terrace with view, 5 min walk to the beach, free parking in the street. Also elegant building, with nice trees and plants around. We were very well welcomed and the host stayed available during our stay. We strongly recommend !

Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony i pięknie urządzony. Gospodarz szybko odpowiadał na wiadomości i był chętny do pomocy. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, obok znajdują się dwa duże sklepy. W każdym pokoju znajduje się klimatyzacja. Bardzo polecamy ten apartament oraz gospodarza.

Отличный вид из окна, хорошая сантехника ( только в нашем номере не работал полотенцесушитель). Кровати, подушки удобные. Расположение и вид из окна 10\10 Сам город нам не понравился, и если бы жили не у моря - было бы совсем грустно.

Die Zufahrt ist spektakulär und nur für geübte Fahrer. Es macht zunächst mal einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Bei näherem Hinschauen erkennt man viele billige Materialien. Die Türen und Wände sind foliert und diese löst sich z. B. am unteren Türrahmen des Badezimmers ab. Auch die Passgenauigkeit von Schranktüren etc. lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Die Küche ist karg ausgestattet. Wenig Geschirr und Besteck und weder Toaster noch Kaffeemaschine. Die Lautstärke aus den benachbarten Apartments ist unaufdringlich, aber wenn nebenan gekocht wird, überträgt sich der Geruch auf das eigene Apartment. Toller Ausblick und Baden im klaren Wasser des Adriatischen Meeres sind neben der Sauberkeit ein großer Vorteil der Anlage. Gefreut haben wir uns jeden Morgen auf das Frühstück. Die Auswahl an Brot, Käse und Aufschnitt ist sehr gering, aber jeden Tag wurden wir mit vielerlei Kreationen von Gebratenem, Gebackenem und Salaten neu überrascht. Großes Lob an das Personal: sehr nett, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.

Mina was very responsive and helpful during our stay. The apartment is a perfect stop in your travels. It’s clean, has a comfy bed, and has a washer and dryer. The price was more than fair for our stay and we would happily stay again.
