Vacation rentals with a kayak in Bar Municipality

An amazing host, and apartment, in a beautiful location ideally situated between Tivat and Kotor. Dusan and his mother, Mika, were so lovely, generous and exceptionally welcoming. We would not hesitate to come again!

The most amazing property, in one of the most insane scenery. My family and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. The whole experience of being in Montenegro was made better by Ivana’s friendly hostessing of giving us so many great recommendations. There’s not many places you can stay in a 300 years old house and are a few feet from crystal clear waters to swim in everyday. Also the neighbours are lovely!

Ivana and Ivan are a very good team and very helpful. The house is very beautiful as seen in the photos, the sea is right in front of the house. The barbecue was useful and the garden was very large. In the season, if you do not have your own vehicle, transportation is a problem. I definitely recommend it for those looking for a house with a garden. I would prefer it if I came to this area again

Our time in Risan was fantastic! Risan is at a great spot in the bay of Kotor. Not too crowded, but well situated to visit the must-go-to places. The Apartment was very clean and equipped with everything we needed and nothing more, don't expect a TV or anything too fancy. It was perfect for us, we spent a great family time. Just outside there is a great private terrace directly at the water with ample space to sit, spend time and have a swim. There where 2 kayaks free to use, which we took advantage of (went to the island with the church on, called our lady on the rock). A near mussels farm was great to have really fresh sea food and fish, other restaurants/shops nearby. Marko was a fantastic host, who made us feel welcome from minute 1 on. He and his father gave us all the inside tips and information we needed. Thanks for that if you are reading this Marko! We very much recommend this great place in Risan! This will certainly not have been the last time we where in Montenegro.

We had a lovely stay over the Christmas period after travelling in our camper for the last 7 months this was a nice reset for us. The house was as described the host was responsive, we were met by his Mum and sister who were very friendly and accommodating. His Mum even bought us over some burek which was delicious. Just a couple of small points, there didn’t seem to be a dryer as stated in the amenities listing, and we couldn’t seem to get the hot water to work in the kitchen (not sure if it was something we were doing or not). Other than that a lovely stay. Thanks

We were honestly blown away - quiet literally! Nikola was friendly and professional, right from picking us up on the boat to dropping us back off. He made sure we felt at home, helped when we were stuck for groceries due to flight delays, and even threw in some house extras! The house was well equipped, with free kayaks to use, local restaurant, and the views were simply breathtaking. The only sounds were of birds chirping and boats gurgling. We had a couple of windy days, but that only made the experience more exciting. We had our breakfast on the patio, watched the sunset and stars appear, dipped in the river, bird watched, and went kayaking up to the monastery. Overall, a beautiful house in a breathtaking place of natural beauty, with a superb host... We recommend boating over to the restaurant in the summer. Many times we even watched the friendly restaurant owner pull out fish from the river - It was delicious.

Bojan was incredibly helpful, friendly and proactive in making my stay the best! full of peace, happiness and adventure! best place to have kayak, ride bicycle and have private tranquil moments on the lake. would definitely recommend and I am looking forward to staying again! thank you Bojan!

We had a wonderful stay at Jovana's place. We were looking for an escape from the city, and this was exactly what we were looking for. It's incredibly quiet, and has everything you need for a chilled time. loungers, beautiful view, bbq. Was a little cold for us to go on the lake to kayak but definitely would have in the summer. The view is incredible as well, all felt very peaceful. All in all, great place to stay. the highlight is definitely the exterior so we didn't spent much time inside but it had all the amenities needed. Thank you!

We loved our stay, the place and it‘s surroundings are beautiful! If you come there for kiting it‘s a great choice :) it can get a little noisy to sleep and messy in the kitchen with your direct neighbours that you‘re sharing the terrasse with. Anyways, we felt at home :)

un petit havre de paix l'endroit est magnifique, les extérieurs, la piscine sont très propres... un peu déçu par l'intérieur du chalet qui mériterait un peu d'entretien, les fenêtres des chambres ne fermaient pas. Il y a effectivement des chiens dans le "village" qui ont aboyé une bonne partie de la nuit...un peu dur si vous avez le sommeil léger mais malgré ses petits points négatifs, l'endroit reste magique. Le petit déjeuner proposé est royal ! des fruits, de la charcuterie, fromage, pain..... De passage pour une nuit je n'ai pas pu tester les activités, ça serait avec plaisir de revenir pour y remédier

Die Unterkunft war zum Wohlfühlen: sehr geschmackvoll, stylisch, dezent eingerichtet. Warmes Licht. Ob drinnen oder draußen gemütlich. Kaltrinas Mutter vor Ort war eine herzliche Gastgeberin.

Marija haar papa ontving ons en gaf ons alle informatie die we nodig hadden. De communicatie verliep vlot. De grootste troef voor ons was het ruime terras en de kayak die we konden gebruiken. Het domein heeft 2 huisjes die verhuurd worden en elk heeft een terras, de 2 worden gescheiden door een poortje. Er liggen ook 2 kayaks zodat elke huurder een kan gebruiken. De weg naar het huisje is heel smal en hobbelig, maar als je rustig rijdt is het zeker te doen. Het huis van Marija is een aanrader als je het Skadar lake wil verkennen per kayak en een rustige verblijfplaats wil.

Wir haben uns in Filips Haus auf Anhieb wie zuhause und willkommen gefühlt. Das Haus und die Lage waren hervorragend und Filip ein sehr unkomplizierter, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. was immer wir brauchten (z.B. geliehene Küchengeräte) oder fragten, wir bekamen umgehend Hilfe und Antworten auf unsere Fragen zur Umgebung, zum Land oder zu Aktivitäten in der Umgebung. Auch beim Check-Out kam Filip uns sehr entgegen, sodass wir entspannt abreisen konnten. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter und kommen sehr gerne eines Tages wieder!

Ein wunderschönes, gepflegtes Haus in einer einzigartigen Umgebung. Die Gastgeber sind herzliche, entspannte Gastgeber, die sehr bemüht sind, den Aufenthalt ihrer Gäste unvergesslich schön zu machen! Vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Our family really enjoyed staying at Hakuna Matata! The place was clean, well laid-out, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The mornings were peaceful sitting out on the patio, and our boys enjoyed using the provided kayaks. The owners were great at communicating, provided thoughtful information, and provided an overall great experience. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Werkelijk heerlijk huis op een prachtige plek! Alle benodigdheden aanwezig. We hebben met onze kinderen van 9 en 11 ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. Het was er nu in het voorseizoen in het algemeen rustig (ondanks de verbouwing vh huis direct naast en achter ons). Dat maakte ook dat restaurants en winkels in directe omgeving nog dicht waren (mogen open vanaf 1 mei hebben we begrepen) maar daar waren we op voorbereid dus dat was voor ons geen punt. We kunnen ons echter wel voorstellen dat het er in het hoogseizoen zomers wel heel erg druk zal zijn. Al met al hebben we genoten van ons verblijf en zouden we er (in het voorseizoen) zeker kunnen terugkeren! Bedankt!

Sasas Bootshaus ist einzigartig: Mississippi-Feeling im Herzen Europas. Die Lage am Fluss direkt in der Nähe des Meeres ist großartig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem gemütlichen Haus. Es hat alles, was es braucht und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sasa ist ein großartiger Gastgeber: überaus freundlich, zugewandt, zuvorkommend. Er hat immer super schnell reagiert und uns gerne Tipps gegeben. Direkt in der Nähe gibt es tolle Restaurants. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und empfehlen die Unterkunft in jedem Fall.
