Vacation rentals with beach access in Bar Municipality

He said he was a Turkish guest for the first time, I hope he was satisfied with our hospitality as much as we were satisfied with his hospitality, we were very pleased to meet him, it was our first time in Montenegro and now we plan to be his guest every time we come; and even if there is some distance from Old Town ❤️

Nice spacious apartment in the heart of Petrovac.

The apartment was as described, everything you need for a few days. The communication with Igar was great. We always found a parking space in front of the house. Since the apartment is on the top floor, you have to take a few steps. On foot, you can quickly reach the promenade and the markets via a few small paths between the houses.

This place was absolutely immaculate and beautiful and I was beyond happy!!! Julia was amazing! I can’t wait to stay there again hopefully

Better than any review, the fact that instead of the originally planned couple of days, we ended up sewing here for more than two weeks. Great place, with a gorgeous view (much better than the photos), close to the beach and restaurants. A cozy clean apartment with a large terrace, fast internet and an important feature for us as a couple ( which is not mentioned in the description) - privacy. Taras is successfully covered by the tree and structure of the building, so you can safely enjoy the view without outside of your attention. Many thanks to Boris and his mother for having us! We had a great time here and will warmly remember this vacation. 10 out of 10 ❤️

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Natalie and Michael’s place. The penthouse was immaculate and very comforting. It felt just like home. Natalie and Michael were super responsive if we had a question. They made our trip really enjoyable. The location was superb, and Natalie had some great local suggestions and recommendations. The penthouse is located in an ideal location and it’s very easy to get around places. The sunsets on the rooftop are breathtaking, as is the scenery around the area. Michael was excellent if we had a question with the penthouse. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and we would highly recommend staying here. We hope to visit again! Thank you for everything!

The apartment is a small gem that enjoys an amazing view of the sea. Easy to reach, the host's directions are very clear. Very convenient parking under the house and the elevator since the accommodation is on the fourth floor. Everything is extremely clean and well-kept, the bathroom has products. Small but functional terrace, nothing is missing.

The apartment has an excellent location, since it is in the middle of all the attractions of Bar and also has a hypermarket very close by, which facilitates shopping, especially for those who do not have a vehicle. It's conveniently located in every way. It's a modern, clean apartment and was a great stay.

If you are looking for a remote and beautiful place by the lake this place is perfect. Lidija and her family are kind and made us wonderful food and drinks for a weekend and showed us great hospitality. We got picked up by boat (make sure you don’t take too much baggage when you go) and had a little tour on the lake which was amazing. There was some issues with electricity but they quickly fixed it for us and we had a comfortable stay!

The stay was incredible, okasana was always super fast to respond, she gave us clear instruction about getting to the place. The house was top notch clean and everything inside was brand new. I would highly recommend staying there!!

Vojislav’s home in Sutomore was even better than expected. The house has everything you could possibly look for (nespresso machine, dishwasher, clothes washer, plenty of pots and pans, grill) and the location is dreamy. The large terrace has spectacular views of the Adriatic and shade from trees and awnings. There is a somewhat hidden beach steps away from the house and the busier Sutomore Beach with beach clubs and restaurants only a five-ten minute walk away. Our favorite place to swim was directly from the dock in front of the house, where we set up the beach chairs and umbrellas provided by Vojislav and family. We also rented a stand-up paddle board through Vojislav which really added to the trip. There were plenty of great places to eat and mini-markets within walking distance. As Sutomore is more geared towards domestic tourists, we found it was far less expensive than Budva or Kotor. Vojislav’s recommendations for restaurants and things to do were always spot on.

The villa is special and very luxurious and wonderfully designed and has charming views of the sea eating rooms and there are all the features we want, my family and I had a beautiful time and we had a lot of fun, restaurants are close five minutes by car as well as the supermarket ,

For the first time in my life, I was able to spend a whole week on the beach. In the morning, drink coffee listening to the sound of the waves. Relax the same in the evening. The place is perfect for 2 families. Each room has a large bed + a large extra bed. We were in 4 adults and 3 children 3.5,6yr. We will definitely be back next year. The house itself is very comfortable, the terrace is huge. Killi arranged for us to eat on arrival with home delivery from a local pizzeria. He arranged a boat tour the next day. He responded instantly, helped with everything. It's a good idea to come to him for such a pleasant vacation. In the town, there is a large modern store with great prices and an assortment. I was with my husband and parents in mid-October. The weather is perfect. Wonderful place, lovely hosts, beautiful home and views. Clean. Great amenities- there's everything you need. Quiet neighborhood. Great starting point. Highly recommended☺️Agnieszka and Grzegorz with a family

All the amenities were a little older, but since we're a category that doesn't like luxury, it was absolutely fine for us. Plus, the location is great and we hiked some beautiful beaches with a paddleboard. Nice parking space in front of the terrace, in the shade under the vines that we could freely consume. We definitely recommend it for us.

Ivica's place was great. It's near the city center of Bar, close to the large Voli supermarket which is the best grocery store I've found in Montenegro and close to the beach promenade. I slow travel which means I do a fair amount of cooking, Ivica's place was well stocked with everything I needed to cook and bake. The only thing the apartment didn't have that I wanted was a freezer so be aware of that.

I was very happy to stay in this apartment - it’s bright, cozy, and clearly made with love and care. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The place was also very clean and quiet, so I had a great night’s sleep. In the morning, it was easy to grab a delicious coffee at a café nearby and take a walk by the sea — it’s just a short walk away. Highly recommended!

Really very cool place with a sensational view. Everything was clean and the kitchen was equipped with the essentials. All in all, a clear recommendation for people traveling by car in Montenegro.

We've been here for the second time now. It was a wonderful vacation again! Communication was great and the check in and check out was super flexible! The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is of course the highlight with a wonderful view of the sea. Here we have been able to watch many sunsets. Highly recommend! We'll be back.

We loved our stay at Cherie's place! It was so easy to communicate with them, they were very helpful with tips and locations to visit around. The place was nice, cozy and clean. I really like that she uses Eco detergents :) And of course the view from the balcony is breathtaking.

We had a great stay! Ranko was very quick to respond to messages, and in person we communicated with his father, a very kind and polite man. Huge thanks for allowing us early check-in and late check-out, - it was super convenient for us :) The apartment looks just like in the photos: floor-to-ceiling windows and a sea view. As stated in the listing, there’s no washing machine in the apartment, but there is a shared one in the building. We didn’t use it, but it’s great that it’s available. The house is located on a hill, so you’ll have to walk uphill a bit but the view from the apartment is totally worth it. The nearest grocery store is about a 10-minute walk away, and the beach is 10–15 minutes on foot as well. Thank you again for the hospitality — we’ll definitely come back!

There are many markets nearby. There is a fast food shop. There is a coastal path for nice walks. The sea is only 3-4 minutes away. A very successful business. They should definitely get the value they deserve. There is everything you need. Air conditioning, kitchen equipment, a clean shower. A nice terrace. Have a nice holiday everyone
