We had a lovely stay at Kathy's apartment. Kathy was a great host. She really goes the extra mile. The apartment was clean, safe and modern. We will definitly visit again.

Such a gorgeous location and cute little place. Great shower and everything you need in the kitchen, walkable to loads of restaurants and shops. Can’t wait to stay again. Leigh was also very responsive and helpful.

Shirley was great from booking until the end of our stay. Always responsive and helpful. The house has an amazing location and was spotless. The team helping to clean are also very friendly and make the stay even easier Couldn’t recommend staying here more

This accommodation was perfect for a work trip but feeling like a holiday. The apartment offered all the amenities and space needed to work but the view, surroundings and recommendations made it comfortable and relaxing after a long day. Elvis, Rachel and the property security were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend this apartment for any type of trip.

First stay for me at the apartment and I really enjoyed it. Partly for its location (quiet road with great views) and partly because of the apartment itself with sea views from all rooms and nice outdoor area. The hosts were very helpful, communicative and reactive to any requests from me.

The photos don't show how spacious this place actually feels. The architecture is brilliant. All rooms are on one floor with with lots of natural light steaming in from the large windows facing the garden and the windows in the ceiling. The minimalist style, with wooden flooring and furniture and white walls feels peaceful. There is no noise, apart from the wind in the trees and birds. And it is very close to an amazing beach. On that beach, and in walking distance from the house, there is also a great restaurant. The house has all the utensils you need to cook at home, even an option to do a BBQ (we did, one night). The surrounding 'village' is also very pretty and as it is within a gated community it also feels very safe. Martina is an excellent host: She answered all our questions accurately and promptly. We enjoyed our stay very much and would gladly stay there again.

When we arrived, we went to the wrong place and Graham came to collect us - he even helped and carried some of the bags. The apartment is stunning. Overlooking the sea - what a view! I can't wait to go back because I was not disappointed. By the way - the security lady was so helpful.. Graham is a gem as he kept on checking how we were doing..

We loved staying here for 2 years in a row. After a week of business meetings it was so refreshing to stay in this beautiful peaceful place with amazing views. The sunsets were spectacular.

For once it was really like on the pictures. That was quite a positive surprise.

Ramona is a perfect super host. She gave perfect instructions just after the booking to enable us to check in. We were a family of 3 who were visiting Cape Town and could not have asked for a better place than what Ramona provided. Its a neat , clean 2 BR appear tent well stocked with daily ingredients , super clean stuff . We never imagined to have a First Aid kit which we found out when my wife fell down in the streets and hurt herself. Attention to such small details made up this place more than what money would provide. She even called up in the morning and asked about my wife and also suggested me to check out a bit early considering the Cape Town traffic after 2:30 pm. She had no hassles in providing an early check in and late check out which made our stay even more hassle free. If I have to put our experience in one sentence - We loved the place and will be happy to come over again and stay here. Thanks Ramona for all the help and support. Loved your place.

Kim's a lovely host, very communicative and very responsive to any query or request. The place is right next to the beach on Camps Bay promenade, so it's a lovely location with lots of fun bars and restaurants.

The apartment has amazing views and breathtaking sunsets. The apartment has a great flow and is perfect for a family. It is walking distance to many restaurants as well as the beach. It is a great holiday home and has everything you need. The hosts are responsive and assist wherever possible. I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely be back to stay again.

Awesome views and unbeatable location. Lynne was very responsive and her communication was clear and useful. We felt at home and very safe in Lynne’s well equipped and modern apartment. I will not hesitate to recommend this place and will gladly stay here again in the future. The checking in and out was smooth and we appreciated the person service from Jurgen during the process.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay! The apartment was in a great location, it is super walkable to anything you may need or want, and in just a couple minutes you are on right on the beach. We loved the shops and restaurants right around the corner, there was so much to choose from. The whole place was super clean and well equipped, and the beds were comfy. And bonus the front balcony had great views, on which we watched beautiful sunsets over the ocean! We definitely would stay again if we are back in Cape Town!

**Amazing Stay with Unforgettable Views!** We had an absolutely fantastic stay at F4 Valhalla in Clifton. The apartment is beautifully appointed and exactly as pictured – modern, clean, and comfortable. The highlight, without a doubt, is the breathtaking view. Waking up to the sight of the ocean and the iconic Clifton beaches was simply incredible and made our mornings truly special. The lounge was our favorite spot to relax and soak it all in, especially at sunset. The location is perfect – just a short walk down to the stunning beaches and close enough to explore Camps Bay and the rest of Cape Town with ease. Despite being in a popular area, the apartment felt private and peaceful. Corinna was an excellent hostess – very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy.

What a beautiful stay! The photos don’t do it justice. The sunrise and sunset views from the apartment are incredible. The location is fantastic as it’s walkable to many restaurants and shops in sea point and directly on the promenade along the ocean. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. Couldn’t recommend the stay more!

I stayed at Steven’s place for 5 nights with my husband. The views were to die for, most importantly it was very very safe, I have to say it was the most clean and most beautifully scented apartment. Steven had all the essentials there. I can’t recommend it enough. I was a bit sad when we were leaving, it was a memorable experience, bitter sweet.

Absolutely loved our stay! Every room in this place offers a view, but the living room view is truly unbeatable—you can see Table Mountain, Lion's Head, Robben Island, and the ocean all at once. The top-floor room shares the same stunning panorama. Staying here made me want to move to Cape Town! The neighborhood is both secure and peaceful, exactly as it appears on the website. The home itself is even more beautiful in person. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Cape Town. An unforgettable experience!

Stunning apartment with beautiful views. Fully equipped kitchen and seamless check-in.

It was the most beautifulf home in the most beautiful setting, with views of Chapman's Peak and the ocean and a calming home to view them from. The house is well-located and walking distance from the beach, restaurant and shops making it an easy location to stay with kids or guests not wanting to drive far. We enjoyed morning runs up Chapman's Peak and coffee breaks at local coffee bars. The house was clean, generous in space and beds were incredibly comfortable. The host was always available for a quick query. We highly recommend this spot!
