Vacation rentals with a patio in Banos

I came with the whole family, and I was looking for a nice, comfortable, safe place that provided all the amenities, which I didn't find at Edith's. I FOUND 1000 TIMES MORE. A lovely place that made me feel at home. Baños de Agua Santa is beautiful and has many activities, and Edith's place is the ideal place to stay, a few meters from the main tourist operators, close to restaurants and nightclubs but far enough away so that the noise does not disturb you. I'll be happy to come back.

The accommodation is in a cul-de-sac, quite difficult to find by address. The host is an artist, the paintings in the house are his. The picture in the photo did not match the one we saw, so at first I decided that we were mistaken. But then the owner arrived, his studio was nearby, and he explained everything. The location is excellent, quiet and close to everything you need, a very prestigious neighborhood, everything was quite cozy inside. The fan was making a lot of noise in the bathroom, I slipped in a piece of paper and fixed it.

The service received from Mrs. Rocío was really nice. They took care of us and pampered us, allowing us to tour the garden and harvest avocados. We would recommend that everyone go and we will return on a future visit

The location is very good, restaurants are nearby, everything bank. The only bad thing is that there is no parking. Otherwise, everything is perfect

I recommend it. In Baños there is a lot to do and enjoy, it is very nice to return to a comfortable apartment, very nice and quiet, where you can rest and have the amenities you need. Very well equipped. If you can afford it, then enjoy it.

Fantastic place for your stay in Baños. Whether you’re visiting with family or friends, the place is a great option. The apartment is even better in person than in pictures. Eduardo was a great and welcoming host; he provided clear instructions for us to easily find his place. I highly recommend it.

The place was great! Very comfortable for a family group. Great, practical use of space. Very clean and had appliances and dishes needed. We would definitely recommend!

Nice place In the center of Baños, you have a few steps away EVERYTHING! Shops, Restaurants, Banks, Nightclubs. The parking lot is 3 blocks away, not uncomfortable the truth, the area is safe, in front you have the market and next to it is a police station. In the Accommodation there are 2 bedrooms, in one of them the bed is 1 1/2 as shown in the listing, so I would believe that the accommodation for 3 people would be fine, we were 4 and if it was somewhat uncomfortable to sleep two people in a square and a half bed. Outside of that, 100% recommended the place.

We loved staying at Casa Ulba. It was spacious and clean. We especially loved the included shampoo, conditioner, soap, hairdryers, and super soft towels. It was perfectly clean and very secure. It was perfect for the Petzl race, as it is right off of the 10K and 20K routes! Andrés was very responsive and his helper Rosa was available for anything we needed. We also loved the roof patio, as it had beautiful views. Thank you Andrés for a wonderful stay in Banos!

We spent time as a family, we were able to enjoy the pool, whirlpool and grill meat! The person in charge was always very helpful. The location near Baños. We loved it, we recommend it:)

A very nice and clean place, although it was close to nightclubs, the noise was not annoying at night. I was close to places to eat and compare things, the place was close to everything. Very welcoming. María José was also attentive to messages and very kind.

It is a quite comfortable place, just as you see in images it has all the amenities offered in the publication, comfortable beds and with beautiful views of the city center. The host was attentive to everything that was requested. Self check-in and safe, definitely a place to be repeated. Recommended

I booked the accommodation for my sister and she told me the apartment was super well maintained and cozy. In addition, the apartment is very centrally located. Various long-distance buses run right nearby. She would recommend the place

We felt at home. The area is safe, quiet and easily accessible to get to different places. In the same area there are several places to eat. The suite was very nice, clean and tidy, just like the photos. Belén was always attentive and gave us recommendations for our visit. It was a pleasant stay =)
