Vacation home in Moelan-sur-Mer

Small family house located in the countryside at the entrance to a hamlet. The bay windows provide access to the terrace and small private garden. The outdoor living room is sheltered under the courtyard. We live in the adjoining house, not overlooked, and share the entrance courtyard and its parking with the gîte. Charming studio with mezzanine, located in the heart of the city of painters made famous by Paul Gauguin and the painting school of Pont-Aven. The studio is located in a wing of our house and you have two entrances to access it. You have an outside dining area at the foot of the staircase and a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. The garden and terrace can be lit in the evening. You are 200 meters from the city center and the museum and very close to the port.

Nestled at the bottom of the garden, the Ty Neizh (little nest in Breton), awaits you to spend a moment out of time. Romantic and bohemian, the trailer offers a bed for two people (160 x 180) and a small cozy living space. Meals can be taken on the terrace, in the garden or in the trailer. Bathroom and toilet are independent, located in the main house and accessible day and night A breakfast of local products is available for a fee of €5/person.

Located on the ground floor of an old mill, 10 minutes from the ocean, the cottage includes a bedroom with bathroom, separate toilet and living kitchen with stone fireplace. It can accommodate 2 to 3 people. In a wooded environment you will have access to the mill orchard and the river (Le Moros) that runs along the property. Quietly, you can observe many birds: herons, piverts, owls. And with a bit of luck, you'll come face to face with the deer.

Cosy and welcoming 4* gîte, beautifully renovated in wood and stone; two bedrooms (can accommodate 2 to 3 people), where you can enjoy comfort and calm in any season. Located between the Aven and Belon rivers, the picturesque port of Rosbras, with its bar-restaurant is at just 750m, the Crêperie la Belle Angèle is a short 5 minute walk away, and the port of Belon (Riec) with its world famous oysters is also nearby.
