First of all, the accommodation is spacious. You kept putting food in, so when I checked out, I couldn't even eat it all. You're so kind, and I intend to come here every time I come to Thailand. It's close to the airport, but there's a distance to get to the downtown area. But I was touched by how well you treated me, and I checked out.

Great host, super friendly, helpful and always responsive.. her place is a gem, tastefully created with love and creativity. It’s one of the best experiences I had with Airbnb so far, and I went to many places in different countries, lots of them to a way higher price. Can’t wait for the next time.

The house is very clean and tidy, and is cleaned every day. The bed is very big and comfortable to sleep on, and the house is fully stocked with daily necessities. The location of the house is also very convenient, and it takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the Purple Line subway station, and you can quickly get to the center of Bangkok by subway. The host PG   is very nice and enthusiastic, and helped me solve many problems of living in Bangkok. He is the best host I have ever met. I highly recommend his house. And I will keep to stay here.

I *highly* recommend this AirBnb, especially if you have kids and are on a budget! It was spotlessly clean, lots of communal spaces to hang out during the day. We were stuck in Bangkok due to visa issues for Vietnam and ended up staying here for more than a week. The host was incredibly helpful, responsive and kind. I had issues with the wifi and he went out of his way to make sure I was able to get on my work calls. It's a bit of a hike to get to markets and public transit, but transportation options were clearly posted. I was initially a bit worried at how close it was to the freeway, but it ended up not being an issue at all. Overall the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and the space felt like a home away from home. Everything was super clean and beautiful and very nice!!!

Had an awesome stay at Prakit's place. Fuss free, free good and simple breakfast and there are great restaurants nearby. The BTS was also a short walk away. the location was central for me to get to thonglor as well as asok and siam. Prakit is also a very nice and proactive host. I felt welcomed and safe throughout my stay, especially when the earthquake happened during my stay.

The flat is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a great place to stay. While there are four flights of stairs to reach it, they’re good exercise! Something to keep in mind if you have mobility concerns, but my parents (in their 70s) managed just fine. Khun Teerajit, the host, is extremely responsive and attentive, ensuring that any needs are quickly taken care of. The location is good—right next to the BTS, making it easy to get around, and situated on an authentic Bangkok street. I highly recommend taking a morning walk to enjoy some of the best Thai street food in the area. Would stay again!

Our host Yimmy was always responsive and helpful for any issues (one minor issue quickly resolved) or questions. She allowed us a slightly later checkout and bag storage which was very much appreciated. Our family of four enjoyed a comfortable and relaxing 7 day stay. Some of the highlights of this accommodation: Coin operated washer and dryer Easy walk to soi 20 near Hindu temple for morning market, Ama Bakery and Krua aroy aroy and bts Surasak. The building is quiet, elegant and I would say, one of the best on Soi 24 from an architectural standpoint. I stayed in the host's flat - 5 weeks in all, in January and March. For those desiring a location right in the thick of things in Sukhumvit, this is the place to be. It is more on the upscale side of the area, albeit busy and lively. It is within 10 minutes walking distance from the BTS Skytrain station, Phrom Phong, which gives access to the rest of Bangkok and MRT stations for very reasonable prices. If you are more daring, you can grab a nearby motorcycle taxi stand. Elegant shopping malls abound as well and many within walking distance too. The host is very responsive to messages and to address any problems. For instance, I somehow lost my key one day. The host contacted the bldg staff and within 10 minutes, I was back in the flat. A new key was delivered the following morning by his caretaker. All in all, a five star review is well deserved.
