Loft vacation rentals in Bang Rak

This stay was wonderful. As soon as you step through the gate of this urban oasis, the temperature cools noticeably and the cacophony of the city fades away. The host is kind and helpful and speaks perfect English. She is usually on the property 24/7. We loved the elevator, a unique feature that was like our own amusement park ride! lol But stairs are there for additional access. Household workers are also on the property (which is a large compound containing many trees and birds) and were ready to assist with any needs we had. btw They are clearly adults, with children of their own, and the previous reviewer’s perception that they were underage was weird and, frankly, racist. In short, we cannot recommend this property too highly, and plan to stay here again!

the host was so nice that he gave me another apartment for free for some personal reasons, the people there are so nice, i like that there's a 7-eleven under the building, however i think the price was a little bit expensive for the value. I would recommend it tho.

Thank you for a pleasant stay, the apartments are great for a longer stay, they have everything you need for a longer comfortable life, as well as a part of the terrace that gives the feeling of home. Shopping mall right by an apartments which is did stay more comfortable and easygoing. The price also corresponds to the quality, a little far from the center, the journey is about 30 minutes, but there is a sky train right next to it, which allows you to travel without traffic jams 👌🏼 I had a little inconvenience with the payment, but the owner agreed to wait and trusted. Exceeded all expectations, thank you and good luck

It was a nice stay. Everything was a described.

I've stayed in many AirBnB's in Bangkok and Asia, and can easily say this is the best one I've stayed in. It's a few minutes walk to a lovely little park and also EmQuartier and other big shopping malls. The apartment itself is really charming and feels like a real home unlike many other apartments in the area. It's on the top floor of a three story building and has two large balconies to sit on the early evenings and listen to the birdsong. The apartment is located inside a very quiet, private little compound with beautiful trees and a little garden to sit in. We liked it so much we extended our stay for a few days and Patisorn helped us without fuss. He recommended many great restaurants in the area, also. This has become my new favourite place to stay in Bangkok and for future visits I will absolutely stay here again if it's available.

This is my home away from home. I’ve stayed more times than I can count. The host is great. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. If you want to stay in the real Bangkok away from tourist but only a train ride to tourist attractions, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS ACCOMMODATION

Stella’s home is as portrayed on the listing. Her home is well-equipped and lacking for nothing. Moreover, she is proactive I helping to ensure a good stay, has a super guidebook and one of the best at communicating.

The location is close to BTS. 7-11 and McDonald’s are close to the place. It is really convenient to go everywhere. East to order grab food in this place too. The place is clean and new which is really good for group of visitors to stay. The bed is comfortable and the space is large enough for 6-8 people to stay. One of the consider is we need to carry the luggage to third floor, which is quite hard for us to do in check in and out. But the host is really helpful and considering, he will offer bell boy in the future for the visitors. The most appreciated is the host reply quickly and offered help as much as he can. I really suggest this to people who travel to Bangkok, I sure you will love it👍🏻

Can’t say enough great things about the places run by this host or about the host herself. I have been coming to her apartments for over seven years. As a business owner and as a human being she has always gone above and beyond what you would reasonably expect. These are fun, clean, and practical rooms. The ones at House 22/Charoen Krung are in a quiet alley right off the main road. Be mindful that there is no elevator and the stairs are steep when booking the room. A short walk to everything from convenience stores, restaurants, and of course the light rail station. I would and often do suggest this place to any visitor.

It was a great stay—the place was very clean, and the location was very convenient, especially since it was close to the company I was visiting for my business trip. The surrounding area also had great amenities. However, the noise from the neighbors at night was quite loud at times, with occasional sudden noises, and the soundproofing was not very effective. Overall, though, it was a great place. The only downside was the very narrow staircase, which made it inconvenient for large luggage.

Ruj’s place is clean, spacious, and exactly like the pictures. We loved the furnishings and the character. Ruj himself is a warm and helpful host, always pleasant and responsive, and helped us out with some trouble even late at night. Highly recommend. Please note that the apartment itself is beautiful but is located in a street with adult entertainment complexes down the road. The apartment is definitely an oasis and is not affected by that.

great price, clean room, Simon was kind and helpful. Required table and chairs for the room immediately fulfilled. Perfect area for getting around and around all kinds. Great restaurants in the area. In a very lively area and yet the location was quiet. it's all you need when I can most of the time around and when you get back in the room it's nice and minimalist clean. i highly recommend it.

Perfect location. A few streets away from the busy Khoasan road. Lots of nice bars, street food and restaurants nearby. Room is clean and check in easy.

Good hostel (not boutique hotel), clean, safe, very minimalistic (you'd have to ask for a table and a chair if you need them). No complains, I'd go there again.

I have stayed in this condominium several times, and I will do it again. For me, it is perfect because it is easy to get to the BTS and move where I want. Inside the condominium there is a restaurant with good and cheap food, the swimming pool is very good,small gym but enough to exercise your body during the holidays

Good area for people who want to be away from farang areas but you can get around easily due to the BTS being close. Pool is nice and in the shade, so great to cool off. The room is not modern but it's big and clean. Nice host.

Great place near the airport and good value for money. A bit out the way from MRT, but could definitely walk around and explore a bit.
