I had a great time in this flat. I would recommend this place absolutely. River view is much more calm and quiet than the other side. Great view over the river on the 38th. Amazing balcony with high chairs. Would book again

We were a group of five and felt very comfortable in this apartment. Best location imaginable with access to all the best shopping and high-end malls. We can’t say enough about how well this apartment was decorated with ever inch of the unit being brought to its full potential with function and access. We would love to come back one day. Note that even though there wasn’t an elevator we found it easy to climb the stairs.

Just stayed here and the place was well furnished and well presented. Check in process was easy. Located next to a large mall which was convenient and 7-11 downstairs. The pool was closed for renovations and after discussing this with the host she happily discounted and was extremely pleasant to deal with. I would stay here again no issues.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt – alles war super! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr kinderfreundlich, was uns besonders wichtig war. The apartment is very comfortable and well stocked. The location is very safe and friendly but there are several houses quite run down nearby. Air conditioning works perfectly and is very necessary. Has washer and drier available, which is very useful for longer stays. Patty is very responsive and frindly in her communication. Highly recommended.

We stayed for two weeks and had a great experience. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful throughout. The internet was impressively fast (463/338 Mbps), which was perfect for remote work. There are some extra amenities not listed in the description that were provided, which was a pleasant surprise. While the room and kitchen are both quite small, they're still very functional and well-equipped. The location is very convenient — there's a 7-Eleven just 10 meters away, and it's in a quiet neighborhood. The MRT and BTS stations are about 500 meters away, making it easy to get anywhere in the city.

Jenny is a lovely host. She provided welcome fruits and breakfast for everyday. She allowed us to checkin early and very kind to our family. And very responsive. The house is spacious, spotless and has everything essential things we need. Situated in a peaceful location connecting to the airport but not far from the central area either. Has stairs and informed us well. For guests visiting, please be mindful of map directions in Bangkok … thanks, Jenny stepping in to assist.

My stay at this place was incredibly comfortable. 🏡 The space is quite spacious and fully equipped with everything I needed. The people around, including the neighbors, were very friendly and welcoming. 😊 The host was also very responsive, whenever I reached out in the morning, they answered my questions promptly. 🌞 I had no issues during my stay and felt completely at ease. What a lovely place! Definitely exceeded our expectations. The location is around peaceful neighborhood, also close to Bangkok's main attractions. The house itself is charming and unique- lots of traditional character with a cozy, lived-in feel. Home is well maintained, very neat. There was a ready supply of drinking water in the fridge, just as we needed them. Air-conditioning was excellent, there is a microwave and garment steamer, complete with other basic amenities. Host, Darin was very responsive and accommodating.

Great location near the BTS station and a river pier making the whole of Bangkok easily accessible. Nice and quiet at nights.

Loved staying at Stephen’s apartment on the 21st floor view was insane and the place was super clean and cozy. The neighborhood around Sukhumvit 11 is lively but safe, with great restaurants, bars, and BTS Nana just a short walk away. Everything was smooth, from check-in to communication. Felt like home for those few days. Next time I’m in Bangkok, I’m 100% staying here again.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks in May 2025, the apartment had everything we needed and was in a popular area, it’s about a 10 min walk to Sukhumvit Rd. Which suited us well. I used the gym quite a few times which was good. All instructions were very clear and it was extremely well organised. The only thing which we found slightly difficult was that we only had 1 key and security pass which are connected together and as there was 2 of us and quite often went out separately we had to co ordinate our times to make sure we could get back into the apartment. 2 keys and security passes would be a big help. All good though. Thank you A+++

Milo was a super helpful host, always making sure everything was ok Views are great as are the amenities. Beds are like a rock, but other then that, everything was perfect.
