Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Bang Lamung District

The house is same in the picture. So big and beautiful house. It near to walk to the private beach but cannot go to the other beach. In house at corner of the room has a dust. Cover sheet fabric on the sofa has dust too. Swimming pool is clean and clear that same the picture. About electricity we can use free on 20 unit if exceed we should to pay so we pay at 600 baht. Host is the best host, helpful and quickly responds to my question. So everything is good at this house. Recommended 👍🏻.

这个房屋像件艺术品一样美丽，一开门地上铺满了鸡蛋花，真的是太美妙了！里面布满了各种艺术品，像是生活在博物馆里。开放的庭院带进来凉爽的风，听着风铃的阵阵清响，可以享受美好的午休时光。但也带来一个问题是会有蚊子叮咬。住在这里最好有交通工具，因为需要走1km以上才能到主要街道。不过周边有很多评价很高的美食可以享用，并且可以享受宁静的夜晚。

한국인인사람들은 여기 진짜 꼭 가보셔요 과장이 아니라 진짜 좋습니다. 풀빌라 수영장 조금 깊은거 좋아하시는분들은 무조건 무조건 픽이에요 호스트도 엄청 친절하고 소통도 엄청엄청 잘됩니다. 리 너무 고마워요 덕분에 파타야가 너무 즐거웠어요

The host was a lovely lady that went out her way to accommodate us. I asked about check in times and she went out her way to let us check in and out later if we needed. Was really nice place to relax with your own pool. Would defo book again when visiting Jomtien.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! The place is very clean, beautifully decorated, and well equipped. The kitchen is fully functional with a dishwasher, which made cooking very convenient. The villa itself is spacious and comfortable. Jonny was very helpful and gave us great recommendations throughout our stay. The location is also excellent — close to local markets, plenty of restaurants, and within walking distance to the beach. Overall, a great value for the price. Highly recommended! 😊

Sehr schöne Villa mit tollem Pool(kleiner Kinderbereich),alles was man braucht um Urlaub zu machen.Gute Betreuung durch den Besitzer.

Like others I had a little bit of difficulty finding the location. GPS took our driver to a different spot, but we were ultimately able to find it. And our host was very responsive in communicating. My best advice if you have trouble finding it navigate to peaky blinders restaurant that’s right next door to it. There was an issue with our original room, but we were given an upgraded larger room. The electricity cost was more than I expected but given the cost and size of the room the total cost was still an ok value. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m ever in need a a place in this location.

OpYing gehört zu den absoluten Superhosts. Alles ist perfekt organisiert für den check-in und es ist somit sehr einfach in die Unterkunft zu gelangen. OpYing ist immer erreichbar, außerordentlich hilfsbereit und sowie sehr freundlich. Die Lage der Wohnung im 29. Stock mit dem großen Balkon und der tollen Aussicht gehört zu den besten im Base. Man findet bei der Ankunft immer alles sehr sauber und ordentlich aufgeräumt vor. Das WLAN funktioniert sehr schnell und stabil. Auf dem Balkon gibt es eine Waschmaschine und genug Möglichkeiten um die Wäsche auch dort zu trocknen. Auf Wunsch erfolgt eine Reinigung sowie ein Bettwäschewechsel. Ich habe mich immer sehr wohl gefühlt und bereits mehrmals hier für längere Zeit gebucht. Ich vergebe auf jeden Fall 5-Sterne und komme wieder gerne zurück.

Panatda's place was great. Great building (the pool and garden on the roof is a must try and see), great location (literally in the middle of everything - so nothing is really far away and within walking distance), great apartment (clean and modern - and when you are not on the street or the beach there is nothing more relaxing than to open the entire window and sit on the stretcher right next to it, letting in the atmosphere and a nice breeze). Panatda was a great host as well, answering all questions very quickly. Check-in and check-out went smoothly.

Les hôtes ont été hyper réactifs et conciliants notamment sur l'heure d'arrivée et de départ. A la moindre question ils m'ont répondu très rapidement. Concernant le logement, il n'y avait aucune mauvaise surprise en arrivant, tout était telle que décrite dans l'annonce. Le logement est par ailleurs bien situé, et au calme, loin du tumulte de Pattaya. Un grand merci aux hôtes, je garde cette adresse dans mes favoris ^^ Khob khun khrap !

The apartment offers really nice sea views and beautiful sunsets, which were definitely the highlight of the stay. It was clean and as described. The host was responsive and helpful throughout, and the building staff were polite and friendly. The location is a bit out of the way, so a motorbike is pretty much necessary to get around. It’s about 10 minutes to Jomtien and 20 minutes to central Pattaya. That said, the area is quiet, which some may prefer. There are a few good restaurants and beach bars nearby, especially on the left side near the resorts—worth checking out if you’re staying in. Overall, a solid option if you’re looking for a quieter place with a nice view and don’t mind a short ride to the main areas.

Mein zweites Mal bei Bua, nur diesmal in einem anderen Airbnb. Es gab wieder nichts zu bemängeln. Das Condo liegt im Zentrum und es ist alles was das Herz begehrt fußläufig in Reichweite. Bua reagiert sehr schnell auf Fragen. Sämtliche Abläufe waren makellos. Danke Bua und hoffentlich bis bald !

Awesome and beautiful condo. Everything down to smallest detail was provided and everything in condo was first class.Great location. Great views from balcony. Perfect communication with GREAT hosts and included breakfast buffet at Pascals fine dining restaraunt was a very welcome bonus. Very best place i have ever stayed. Thank you for making my stay the BEST!!

I loved this place, all very good, beach front property, and many other nice places, you can do a lot things, and very friendly and helpful hosts, they gave us excellent a advices of the places that you can visit, I won’t hesitate to hesitate to return there.

Persönlicher Empfang Wohnung entsprach genau den Bildern. Sehr schön eingerichtet und ausgestattet mit sehr guten WIFI, sehr ruhig. Schöne Anlage mit Pool, Gym und Sauna.

Property and additional amenities, pool gym hot tub etc all excellent and as described. Would highly recommend and stay here again! Host always helpful and replied quickly.
