We had a lovely stay. The pool is stunning and villa was spotless and as described. Staff were friendly and helpful. Keep in mind there is a cash deposit required on arrival that we did not see in the fine print, but we had no problems getting it back at the end of our stay.

A rooftop area showcases a vibrant yellow structure protruding over the edge. Soft lighting highlights the steps and surrounding plants. The infinity pool offers a breathtaking view of the city and sea under a dusk sky, enhancing the tranquil evening ambiance.

Place is as described on the 14th floor. It was clean and about the size of a hotel room. Bed was comfortable and located in centrally with a short walk to the beach. It would have been nice to have a local knowledge notebook in the room to provide travelers with the how to navigate the transportation system and local markets to visit. You can go to most of the city via jump on pickup trucks that costs only 10 baht per trip. You pay when you get off directly to the driver. I found you can take it from the condo to Jomtien airport bus station. The express bus to BKK airport only costs 143 baht and the bus drops you off at departures.

Everything was as expected, described, and pictured on Airbnb. Yun is a very kind and warm-hearted host! He always responded and was very helpful, giving clear instructions. The property is in the heart of Pattaya's nightlife and has a good location to walk to a shopping center (Central Festival), Pattaya's public beach, or local night markets. The place was clean. Very enjoyable to stay with everything you need to make you feel at home, staying far away from your home.

Absolutely loved staying a month here! Beautiful facilities, easy to walk to most places! Excellent pools! Loved the sunset every night! The cafe and little store on the grounds were very nice! The shower had great pressure! All kitchen items needed for a long stay! Definitely would stay again!! The laundry and water on the 5th floor was very convenient!!

Perfect, Perfect Perfect Perfect hostess - Preetinun answered all my concerns in a timely manner always with good results. Perfect unit - well equipped with all the cooking utensils, linen and bedding needed. While in a very busy and noisy section of town, the inside facing unit location eliminated all the surrounding noise. Overlooking the pool made for a very serene setting. Perfect location - close to lots of restaurants, bars, transportation and a short walk to the beach. I am happy I will be going back there again next year to enjoy this condo once again. The room is exactly as pictured. Everything is good and comfortable. There is a little problem when you stay: the air conditioner is small, not cold. If you can fix the air conditioner, that would be great. I will definitely stay again.

Our stay at Thanyarat's place was great. The apartment is very well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around using Grab. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and simple. Communication with Thanyarat was excellent, always very responsive, kind, and helpful. I’m especially grateful for all the support provided, not only during our stay but even after we had already left the apartment and needed some extra help, which was truly appreciated.😊 I can totally recommend staying here. Serena’s place was very nice and in a convenient location to be able to explore Pattaya, both on foot and bike if you want to do that!
