La estancia fue muy buena, muy buenas vistas desde el edificio y en muy buen estado, además justo en la entrada hay un Seven eleven donde puedes comprar todo lo básico. El área donde el edificio se encuentra la verdad es que es muy agradable y está conectada directamente con buses y el metro. Frank fue muy muy rápido a la hora de contestar a cualquier pregunta.

Väldigt nöjd med boendet! Jag och min vän bodde här 5 veckor och det var en perfekt utgångspunkt för att utforska Bangkok. Mindre än 5 min promenad till tunnelbanan och därefter ligger hela Bangkok öppet för dig. Huset stod stabilt till och med under jordbävningen. Värden svarar alltid inom 5 minuter. Det finns en seven eleven som är öppen dygnet runt vid ingången till byggnaden. Bra air conditioning i lägenheten, lägenheten är i bra och modernt skick. Lugnt om nätterna i huset. CCTV i varje korridor och i varje hiss. Brandlarm och andra säkerhetssystem kopplade till brand i varje rum i lägenheten. Poolen är i bra skick, tyvärr inte så mycket sol där, men gjorde inget för vår del. Gymmet har det mest man behöver och är svalt med air conditioning och fantastiskt utsikt. Väldigt nöjd på det stora hela. Rekommenderar definitivt detta boende för längre OCH kortare vistelser!

This Airbnb is perfect for a stay in Bangkok! Ten mintue walk to the MRT and a grocery store/ Mall within 10 mintues walking. It is a very secure building with security 24/7 and needing a key for entrance. The 7-11 at ground floor is very convenient. The amenities are perfect!!! With a pool,sauna,steam room on the 6th floor and a rooftop track,play area, gym, lounge areas, co-working space, pool table, and fresh green grass💚. You couldn't ask for more, especially at this price point! The actual apartment is also perfect! It looks brand new, with amazing views, comfortable bed, and great hot water pressure. This is a gem 💎 of a spot in Bangkok. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Bangkok! It's a very local feel in a local neighborhood. You will will a taste of everything staying here!!

Noppanan esnek giriş sağladığı için mağdur olmadık. Sorularıma hızlı ve içtenlikle cevap verdi. Evi bulması kolaydı. Metro istasyonu ve büyük marketlere oldukça yakın. Evimde gibi hissettim.

Ace’s place is truly amazing—just a short 200-meter walk from Phaya Thai station, making it super convenient to get to almost anywhere in Bangkok. There’s also a 7-11 nearby. The apartment itself is spacious and airy, with garden views all around. I honestly wanted to stay longer, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Great place, nice privacy, cozy room, interesting interior, hassle free checkin and checkout, they arranged luggage drop off as we arrived very early before checkin.

We stayed here for two weeks and had a great experience. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating,they kindly allowed us both early check-in and late check-out, which we really appreciated. The environment is very peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. While the place is a bit far from the MRT station and 7-Eleven, the host thoughtfully provided two bicycles, which made things much more convenient. The air conditioning works well, and the bedroom was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, a stove, and a microwave, which was very handy. The only downside was that the water pressure from the shower tap was quite weak. Other than that, everything was smooth and convenient. Would definitely recommend!

Patchara is really a great guy and superb host! Always answering quickly and trying to help. The Apt itself is clean and in a quiet area. The next MRT/BTS Stations are a few minutes by Grab-Bike away. Theres a little eatary and a caffeteria right 50 meters in front of the building. And a laundry service and 7-11 a few minutes in walking distance. The internet was really fast so I was able to work remote (Company in Germany). I really recommend this apt if you are not eager to live in the City center. Its quiet and really cheap.

great place to stay. has everything you need. and walkable to nearest market, street stalls, cafes and 7/11. very convenient to met train station or motorbike and taxi services. very close to shopping malls. host is very helpful and responsive. must try. highly recommend

Nivit was the best!! He provide us with free shuttle to and from his place to airport. Our flight was rescheduled but he incredibly great and give us place. The room was spacious on the top of the building i feel like in penthouse. it's way beyond my expectations. Definitely will go back to Nivit's place

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was fantastic—easy to walk to everything, with a great food market just behind the building that was an unexpected gem. Check-in was smooth, and although the apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator, the hosts kindly helped us carry our luggage up, which we really appreciated. The place also has a great café and an amazing coconut ice cream shop that’s a must-try. Overall, a great stay with a perfect location—highly recommend!

My family stayed at Khun Nawatchara for 8 nights and had a enjoyable experience. The house is spacious, comfortable, and well-suited for groups.

Ms. Vivian is amazing. she was very helpful. the location for me is prime because you're right outside of the city and at night time when traffic isn't that bad. it's a 15-20 minute drive anywhere, but during rush hour you might want to take a motorbike. the apartment itself is lovely, relaxing, chill and I will be staying again

The apartment was very comfortable and felt just like a hotel – clean, fully equipped, and cozy. Everything we needed was already available. The housekeeper was incredibly friendly and helpful during check-in and whenever we had questions. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. Great location and perfect for a holiday. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Bangkok!
