The Mt 7 trail network is a stone's throw from the front door - so no need to drive once you arrive. Also within a 2 min walk are the disc golf course and baseball diamonds. This new community in Golden is called called Bearspaw Heights. It is perched above Golden at the base of the storied Mount Seven, yet close enough to walk to every amenity within 15 minutes.
