In addition to the beautiful mountain views from our private hot tub and sauna, the spacious suite features one primary bedroom with a king bed, an open living room with an indoor fireplace, twin-size bunkbeds and a pullout couch, and one full bathroom.

The guest floor is located in the basement with direct walk out to garden of a private house hosts live in. The suite has a private bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and access to garden with a guest seating area (summer). We can accommodate up to 2 guests maximum.

BEFORE REQUESTING TO BOOK Please fill out your guest profile. The Ugly Bunny is a 1 bedroom fully contained suite located on the lower level of our mountain home. The suite includes a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, induction hot plate, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker. The separate bedroom has a KING sized bed, the living room has a queen sized pull out and there is a washer/dryer in the unit. The living room is cosy and inviting with a wood burning fireplace and upright piano.

The best central location, and you can leave the vehicle at the backyard! It is a two bedroom basement apartment. The town of Banff allows us to host up to 5 people. We are a family lives upstairs, and we have three kids 14, 11and 7. Free two parking spots at the back yard! Thank you!

You are also welcome to relax on the deck, have a fire in the back yard, and if you feel like taking in some fresh mountain air and amazing views , our yard steps right out onto the famous Bow River Trail as well as several forest walking trails.
