it was a pleasant stay at Izat’s place .. She is always very responsive to our questions and being very friendly and helpful . The place is very cozy and lovely to stay and it was the same as what the picture is ☺️ The check in process is very easy and fast . The room is very clean and nicely decorated . And also there is 7E and Aeon Mall nearby which is very convenient for us . Hope to have a chance to stay again at izat’s place ❤️

Khoo was extremely helpful from pre-check in to post-check out. From video guides on how to get to the place by car, exactly where to park and recommendations of where to eat, things to do etc. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. The parking lot is right infront of the lobby. There are also many security guards around the facility and the rubbish area is very clean. Post-check out, Khoo was mindful of our wellbeing and flexible to accommodate to our requests. We highly recommend living in this or any other accommodation that khoo has to offer.

the accommodation is located in on the shopping mall. So I could go market to buy fruits and drinks. there is very nearby Desa Park city, went for a walk with my family. it was good accommodation for holidays.

The apartment fully corresponds to the description (and in fact even better!) — spacious, modern, impeccably clean and incredibly cozy. But the main thing is, of course, the stunning view of the Petronas towers. Every morning began with a cup of coffee by the window, and I still remember these moments with delight. It is especially beautiful at night, when the towers sparkle with lights - like in the movies! The location is excellent: everything is nearby — shopping malls, cafes, metro. The building itself is very well-maintained, with security, fast elevators and a cool swimming pool with panoramic city views. The host is great! Very responsive, always available, gave useful tips. There was a real feeling of concern for guests. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable and memorable accommodation in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Will definitely be back!

It was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a wide variety of kitchen utensils and plenty of cleaning supplies, which made things so convenient. The location is excellent—just a short walk to several major malls, restaurants, and cafes, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The building’s facilities were also a highlight—the gym and pool are both very well maintained and added so much value to the stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and beautifully managed place to stay. A breathtaking view of the Twin Towers and an exceptional bathroom. I had fantastic experience! To make the most of it, I recommend soaking in the view at different times of day, especially at night when the towers are illuminated, The room’s standout features deserve praise, the stunning view and pristine bathroom.

Check in was seamless and Hui was responsive. We had some issues when we accidentally locked ourselves out early in the morning, but Hui was prompt to respond. Thank you for the nice stay!
