We had a truly wonderful stay! The place is superb—spotlessly clean, spacious, and very well-maintained. The host was extremely considerate and warm-hearted, thoughtfully providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was prompt and helpful, with great suggestions for local food (makan) spots and nearby recreational activities. The house itself is huge and perfect for families or groups. We really enjoyed the wide range of facilities, including a basketball court, badminton court, ping pong table, and pool table. There were also plenty of board games, making it ideal for family bonding and group gatherings. Highly recommended—we would love to return!

Flexible check in and responsive host. The place matches its description and really big. Comes with extra foldable bed and pillows to be used. The location however was bit tricky to get to the house (kept showing the closed entrance) and had to turn around few times to find the main entrance but super easy if you find it during daylight. Definitely worth the money as it can fit a lot of people at one time.

For small family to stay, it’s recommended. Very clean and beautiful house. Complete amenities. Peaceful place. Host also very responsive. Slight problem with wifi connection at first but quick resolved by host. My family and i so happy to stay here. Will make sure to recommend to others.

It was a great stay, the place was clean and we had everything we needed. Irvin and Jimmy were also very helpful and responsive. It is a short 5 min drive from the Batam Centre ferry terminal and very convenient to travel to places. I would highly recommend!

Leon is a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful. We wanted to catch fireflies and he helped us check the closing time and informed us to book in advance. there is a parking space too and the check in process was easy, and there is security at the entrance to the neighbourhood. many nice touches, including snacks and games and nice decor. rooms are beautiful with a high ceiling. kitchen has an air purifier. really an amazing place

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean, shower was nice and the breathtaking view was amazing. Wifi works, TV works, hot water and drinking water was available, 7 eleven nearby, 2 parking spots available, and a pretty spacious apartment. We are happy about everything there! Host was responsive too. Thanks for the awesome stay!

Location is very safe and easy to access. Drive to waterpark is around 15 mins. Place is 3 mins drive to a supermarket and lots of eateries nearby. House condition is slightly on the older side. Some of the fittings can be easily improved to make the place more comfortable. Overall, met my expectations and is a pleasant stay.

The place was clean and had more than enough room for me and my friends. There was also a lot of activities within the house that kept everyone entertained throughout our stay which most people started playing before they even put their bags down. Dylan was responsive and provided extra amenities (eg batteries, toilet paper) when requested for.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication very smooth. The place was exactly as described clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

I had a great stay with my family. Overall was very satisfying. Very good and relaxing ambience. The rooms and toilets are very comfortable. The kitchen is spacious to use. If there is a room for improvement is the maintenance. Home is very classic with traditional vibe so it would be a waste if it is not maintain well. We are wishing to come and having a stay again in future. Host and En Azam are very helpful. They will guide you on anything, including the stay, the interesting place nearby, always at your convenience. I really recommend this place for a large group of stay because of the spacious home, but small group will also enjoy the stay peacefully 😁

A good place to stay especially with big family. If feels like a home when a big family gather in this house. The host is also very kind since he let me to check in a bit early.

We book homestay, nearby desaru water park… we made vacation n search nearby homestay.. it’s very near and lots of restaurants shops… homestay is very big . My family love it…. We had a good family day … thank you so much 👍👍👍
