We had a great 3 nights. The house is thoughtfully designed with all the amenities for AirBnb guests. Clean, spacious, well equipped and even smells great! We definitely will return when we are in JB again.

The host is super responsive to queries and very helpful with my requests. Her place is very kid friendly and our kids had an amazing time at her place. Great place and a fantastic host! Highly recommended!

Flexible check in and responsive host. The place matches its description and really big. Comes with extra foldable bed and pillows to be used. The location however was bit tricky to get to the house (kept showing the closed entrance) and had to turn around few times to find the main entrance but super easy if you find it during daylight. Definitely worth the money as it can fit a lot of people at one time.

It was a great stay, the place was clean and we had everything we needed. Irvin and Jimmy were also very helpful and responsive. It is a short 5 min drive from the Batam Centre ferry terminal and very convenient to travel to places. I would highly recommend!

very very ideal place to host Class gathering event, full of activities - mahjong, pool table, Karaoke room and many beautiful spot for taking group photos. We used to gather in restaurant or hotel , this is 1st time we had in homestay. many compliments from our group members sure will book again for coming event. Thank you

Original booking had some problem because communication break down between platform and hotel. Celin proactively sourcing for alternative and upgraded to a better place. Exceeded expectation!

Clean and felt just right at home

This property is extremely tourist friendly. it is right in the middle of an extremely large amount of stores from economic to high end. it is also very close to the train system, which is very easy to learn, extremely clean, and very safe. This will let you visit virtually the entire country seeing amazing sites, have fabulous dinners, and accomplish everything that you could possibly want and go to Singapore for. The highlight of this property, however, was found in a very unusual and most unexpected spot. Raymond is a security guard who works at Park Suites. He is extremely intelligent not only about Singapore but Malaysia and other surrounding countries. Make sure to find him when you get there. We traveled with him to Malaysia, which is only 30 minutes away, and learned so much more about Singapore because of him. Raymond is the true Jewel of Singapore, and because of him, we will stay at Park Suites again and would be happy to pay twice as much for the stay. Do search him out.

Even though it is small for 4 pax, the place is still comfortable for a stay. Could have mirror in the rooms for us to don our scarves/make up. But overall, it is still satisfactory. The place seems brand new and check in was a breeze.

Location is very safe and easy to access. Drive to waterpark is around 15 mins. Place is 3 mins drive to a supermarket and lots of eateries nearby. House condition is slightly on the older side. Some of the fittings can be easily improved to make the place more comfortable. Overall, met my expectations and is a pleasant stay.

The place was clean and had more than enough room for me and my friends. There was also a lot of activities within the house that kept everyone entertained throughout our stay which most people started playing before they even put their bags down. Dylan was responsive and provided extra amenities (eg batteries, toilet paper) when requested for.

Responsive host & very flexible check in! We were given a different unit prior to check in as the unit was having clogged sink issues. Totally appreciate for accommodating to a different unit. We couldn’t connect the TV BOX at night, yet he was able to come and fix it right away for us. Thank you Dylan. Take care! Love the big and spacious house 😍

Good place to stay in Desaru. Nice host.

I had a great stay with my family. Overall was very satisfying. Very good and relaxing ambience. The rooms and toilets are very comfortable. The kitchen is spacious to use. If there is a room for improvement is the maintenance. Home is very classic with traditional vibe so it would be a waste if it is not maintain well. We are wishing to come and having a stay again in future. Host and En Azam are very helpful. They will guide you on anything, including the stay, the interesting place nearby, always at your convenience. I really recommend this place for a large group of stay because of the spacious home, but small group will also enjoy the stay peacefully 😁
