Definitely a great stay far away from home that brings you both privacy but also amazing views. The neighbourhood is filled with accessible malls and transport to great attraction points. Strongly recommend to all that is looking for a homely environment.

The environment was absolutely wonderful. It looks exactly like the photos—maybe even better! The space is quite large. The house was also very clean, and communication was smooth and easy. I also appreciated that the kitchen is separated with its own door, which made it very convenient.

Located at a business district. It is near reastaurants, 24-hour convenience stores, atm, etc. You can go to different tourist spots just by booking grab. You will be picked up in the lobby. The unit is safe and only guests can access the lobby. The unit is spacious and perfect for big group. It is homey, has all the basic amenities. Most importantly, you have the view of the KL skyline and has a pool!!! Friendly host as well. Thanks!

Place is exactly as listed. Excellent location. At unit, all amenities work well with thoughtful additions like clothes dryer, and we had a very comfortable and homely stay. The kitchen is well equipped to make simple food. Beds comfy, fans and AC work well. Ours is an outlier experience but with our unexpected late check in , we had trouble finding the right tower for parking (interconnected towers, very confusing for first timers). Access to the unit from the parking spot is not intuitive and we were hopelessly lost and had to call host who did guide us. Best to take the help of caretaker, which we could not do as it was late and we felt awkward. Also to note that exiting the car park was tense through the narrow winding slope, esp if you have a big car. Not sure if you can do it often, we usually drive to KL and do cabs locally. Note that access to building & lift is only with card (guests get 2); (not intuitive for seniors who need to be accompanied always) .

It was a nice and relaxing stay for the time we were there. The place was big enough for us, and we enjoyed spending time in the airbnb. The balcony had a great view for us to look at when it came to sitting around and hanging out.

The hosts were very response and kind in helping with even small request. Great value for premium and cozy feel at a decent price. Would recommend!

This villa is the best among all! Me and my friends had a superb staycation here, and we love it so much. Would repeat some days later :) Recommended! Got pool, got games, kitchen utensils all are complete to host makan makan session also. Bedrooms are spacious enough with each of them got bath tub.

The host - hats off the best one Ive ever experienced. Through some minor inconveniences, I still with no doubt think we all had a blast as we rarely find a big comfortable home that can fit all our family for staycations. The kitchen is amazing - has almost everything we need. The living room - also spectacular that we can all cozy up and watch movies together, pray together. Long story short - felt immediately like home 😍

Overall, I had a very satisfying experience with the Row team and Jessica. We rented this place for a non-commercial video shoot, and the team was very helpful in communicating with the house owner and keeping us updated throughout the process. I came across some comments mentioning that filming isn’t allowed at the property, but I don't think that’s entirely true. In my experience, mutual respect and clear communication—especially informing them in advance about the nature of the shoot and which areas will be featured—go a long way in getting consent and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Communication is key, and I truly appreciate the support from the Row team. Cheers!

My friends and I stayed here and we really had a wonderful time. The place is clean, neat and the host is also very nice. Although we had few troublesome with the neighbour because of parking issue, which was our fault, i think it is still a nice place. The facilities are top notch and we don’t have to find laundry because this house already had one, so really a plus point for the house. There are also pool table and table tennis to play with friends I would really recommend to stay at this place. 5⭐️

An excellent place to stay in KL! This unit is perfect for anyone traveling to Kuala Lumpur, especially if you’re planning to spend time at Sunway Pyramid or Sunway Lagoon. The location is super convenient, and the unit itself is very clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Not only did we (the adults) enjoy our stay, but our kids had a fantastic time too! It’s definitely a place we would return to on our next trip to KL. Highly recommended!

The place offers excellent connection to the Sunway Velocity mall as well as the local transport with MRT. Futhermore, the area is safe and lots of local shops were present that satisfied our needs. Overall an excellent stay and we would love to come back again at this stay when we come back again in Kuala Lumpur!

Easy check in procedure. Love the flexibility. Unit is as in the pics. Host is very responsive as well. Recommended. Located on top of the soho mall as well. So yea, easy access to lots of stuff.

Stayed here for 3 months and it was a great stay. You’re a bit outside of the city center at this rental, but it’s a very quick Grab ride to get downtown. The building is modern and clean. Not too much going on around the area - there are about 7 or 8 restaurants downstairs, a grocery store, and two convenience stores on the block which was nice. Other than that, you will probably take a cab elsewhere. The apartment itself is great. Extremely comfortable and clean. We had only a couple of issues arise across 3 months, and they were swiftly resolved by the hosts, who are extremely responsive. We’d stay again.

Good Location. The unit had all the amenities and facilities. Host (Mr. Tong) was very friendly and responsive. He arranged for a toaster and extra frying pan on request and provided all possible help. I will recommend this place for sure.

Everything was smooth and enjoyable. The host was friendly and responsive. The cleanliness is 5stars. Enjoy the view of swimming pool from our room. Its just a short walk to the mall thats make you easy to find eating places. The only minor issue was the aircond at the hall wasn't functioning very well which is made the area feel a little bit warm in the afternoon/sunny days. But they have a ceiling fan to make us feels comfortable. Overall it was a great stay. We had a pleasant and relaxing time here.
