Hidden gem! Jiranapa is a caring host and very responsive. Stayed for 1 month w/ 2 adults and 2 toddlers. The Villa is clean, modern, and equipped with tons of amenities. The washing machine is on the back patio and works great. The WiFi was pretty good too. The shared pool is only 50 feet from your back patio, it’s nice and never busy. The beach nearby is only a 5 min walk! It’s not a good swimming beach but it’s very clean. Kids enjoy playing in the sand. There’s horse riding, restaurants, cheap smoothies, massages + more. The massages by the beach are amazing and are only 300 baht/hr. It’s a very relaxing and quiet beach with hardly any salesman! Nearby the Villa there’s a Pizza Company, 7-Elevens, Wednesday night market and more, all within 8 min drive. There’s a 5 star resort around the corner (Veranda) and you can buy a coffee there and use all their beachfront amenities for free. We did end up renting a scooter and the Villa has a covered private carport for vehicles. 10 STARS!

Natpatchamon was a great host, always responsive and the place was exactly as described and perfect for our needs, the pool was clean and maintained.we arrived late and the security guard was very helpful and friendly. The villa is on a small private estate and is peaceful and has everything needed for families or groups staying in Hua Hin and Cha-am area, a car would be recommended but there is also taxi numbers in villa if needed. Well recommended….

Private Family Beachfront Condo: A Perfect Getaway

My family and I had a lovely stay at Natapadhs apartment. The check in was very easy and we found the room to be very clean , well equipped and super cosy and kid friendly. We got a lovely view of the ocean with a large balcony and the building itself was quiet and peaceful. Natapadh was very responsive and helpful. We would be happy to stay there again. :)

Quiet house with private pool

Michel was very attentive, he sent a taxi driver to pick us up at the airport, we had welcome fruit and although for long stays you have to pay the cost of electricity (if you exceed a set consumption) we did not have to pay anything because we did not go over. The area is very quiet, there is no annoying noise and you can enjoy the singing of very diverse birds. A vehicle is necessary (or taxi, which costs about €3 per trip to the center of Hua Hin) to go to the supermarket, beach, etc. although there is a 7/11, some food stalls and good restaurants nearby. Almost every day someone comes to take care of the garden or the pool at some point during the day. In the garden there are coconuts, papayas, etc. and security at night. Very close to 7/11. Beachfront with great pool. Although a fair distance to main part of cha am. Place was as described, check in very flexible as we arrived very late. Help was always there. Only thing I would say is the amount of mosquitos even keeping doors and windows closed it managed to still get in. Host provided mosquito bats though. Good stay overall

Had a great stay here! Pimnara was super quick to respond to any messages, which made everything really smooth. The place was clean, comfy, and just like the photos. Would definitely stay again if I'm back in the area!

The two-story building features a mix of large glass windows and traditional architecture, surrounded by a lush green lawn. A sprawling tree provides shade, while outdoor seating is arranged for relaxation. Soft lighting enhances the inviting evening atmosphere.

I'll start with the cons, because there aren't many of them: - the internet is not very fast and also blocks several sites, it was fine to work, but watching movies on the laptop was difficult; - the TV definitely needs an update, it is small, without smart TV, and even just watching TV channels on a scratched screen turns into torture; - there is nothing around except two expensive restaurants and one store without alcohol (because it is at a gas station), but this is obvious when booking, so it is highly recommended to rent a vehicle. Now the pros: - very clean apartment, good water pressure from the shower, nice bed linen, comfortable long pillow and several towels to choose from; - condo is really good, pool is big and empty, but very clean, good gym and friendly stuff; - you can easily order a food delivery from apps; - condo almost empty, so there was no noises around; - two AC do a great job; - big and empty beach; - and, of course, the owner is super friendly!

great place 5 stars from me, great pool, there is a mosquito 🦟 problem there which needs to be addressed. you definitely will need some insect killer & repellent. but this is my only complaint

This was our second stay at SAN’s place. We loved it so much the first time, we returned. Our second stay was just as wonderful as the first. This time however, San purchased 2 bran new bikes with helmets for us to use. My wife and daughter took the bikes to the pier and the fish market then rode to Cha Am beach to get a smoothie. They had a fantastic time. The complex is right on the beach and very quiet and peaceful. 180 degrees view allowed us to enjoy the sunrise as well as the sunset each day. The place is very clean. Free of mold or unusual smells. The space is expansive and with the wall of windows on one side, makes staying inside feel like you are outdoors. They have a large flatscreen TV that we used to have movie nights. There is an assortment of board games that we played each night. Our favourite was Settlers of Katan. Overall the best air Bnb in Thailand with incredible value. We would recommend this place wholeheartedly to our friends and family.

I had a wonderful stay at Homme’s place! The house is spacious, bright, and incredibly inviting, located in a peaceful, secluded area with stunning mountain views. It’s the perfect spot to relax and recharge. The parking space is very convenient, making it easy to come and go. Homme was extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. As someone who works remotely, I also appreciated the excellent working setup—there’s a big desk that’s perfect for productivity, coupled with the quiet surroundings. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat or a productive working getaway. Can’t wait to visit again (and probably will)!

A lovely 2 bedroom apartment in a condo with pool view and walkable distance to the beach. Malikka provided extra towels and some inflatables for the child, nice touch :). Has also a nice balcony with pool view where you can chill and..a smart TV :)

The place is exactly as in the pictures. Very spacious both inside and outside. Extremely comfortable to stay with multiple rooms. There's a maid on standby to help us on anything that we need help on. Great for vacation getaway with friends or family!
