Hyggelig hytte med egen strand

Hyggelig hytte i barnevennlige omgivelser med egen strand. Hytta ligger ved siden av hovedhuset hvor vi selv bor. Det er to rom i hytta. Det ene inneholder kjøkken og stue med en hems med plass til to personer. Det andre er et soverom med to køyesenger, plass til fire. På kjøkkenet er det varmt/kaldt vann, kjøleskap, frys og komfyr. Det er et helt nytt bad i hytta med dusj, toalett og vask. Det er bilvei fram til hytta og parkering. Selv om hytta ligger nær hovedhuset, er det skjermet og privat.

Helt ny solrik helårshytte med unik beliggenhet 100m fra sjøen i Brevikstrand. Her ligger alt til rette for avslappende sommerdager med bading, fisking, turer, båtliv og rekreasjon. Hytta har stor terrasse med flott sjøutsikt utenfor kjøkkenet og stuen. Det er spisebord og lounge møbler både ute og inne. Det er også en grill og bålpanne på terrassen. Hytta er utstyrt med brettspill og leker. Hytta er utstyrt med dyner og puter til 8 personer. Sengetøy og håndklær må leietager medbringe selv.

Nyoppusset vestvendt hytte i strandsonen. Båtleie.

Delikat og totalrenovert hytte og med nyoppusset anneks, kun 20 meter fra vannkanten. Alt er nytt og oppgradert i 2020/2021 og hytten fremstår som meget plasseffektiv og rikt innredet, til tross for beskjedne mål. Det er sengeplass til hele 13 personer og en babyseng: Totalt 14 personer. Dog er den best egnet til én familie. Tomten ligger direkte vestvendt og har sol hele dagen med tre langgrunne sandstrender. Brygge og mulig å leie vår båt, en Sting 535 PRO med 50 hk for kr. 5.000 per uke.

Fjordlykke

På Siktesøya i Langesundsfjorden ligger vårt sommerparadis som vi kaller "Fjordlykke". Hytta som holder høy standard og er strategisk plassert i le for sommervinden, og har kveldssol til sent på kveld. Det er flere uteplasser rundt hytta og hage som inviterer til ballspill og lek, samt fine turstier rundt øya. Det er et stort privat bryggeanlegg samt egen sandstrand og strandlinje. Sjøbod med hems, utedusj og utekjøkken. Det følger også med egen 15 fots båt med 30hk motor for båtvante.

The beach in front is Bronnstadbukta, area with rich nature, perfect for adults and kids. Great hiking right outside the door, with numerous popular summit hikes and hiking trails. Beautiful fjord with islets and reefs if you travel by boat. Cabin also suitable for two families with 2 baths ans 4 bedrooms. PARTY IS NOT ALLOWED

Summerhouse and cabin 5 meter from the lake

Nice house 5 meter from the lake (Toke). Two bedroom, kitchen and living room. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sound of the nature. The house is old but newly renovated. The house sleeps 4 people. The second cabin has 4 beds and a couch that sleeps 2. Enjoy a kayak trip on the lake or spend hours in the hammock. There is a small beach 50 meters from the house where the kids can play. Or let the kids play on the trampoline. (On your own risk 🙏🏻)

A fantastic place with its own beach. Along the coast of Southern Norway, you'll find this beautiful house near Hafsund in Bamble. The house offers excellent opportunities for swimming and fishing. It's a short distance to the nearest store. There are large outdoor areas for play and fun. A small rowboat is also included. The place has eight beds, making it suitable for two families. Come to Sandvik and truly enjoy yourselves at one of Bamble’s finest gems.

Det er grusvei og den er humpete deler av strekningen, så biler med høy klaring er å foretrekke. Gården ligger innerst i Rørholtfjorden. Husdyr tillates ikke da våre dyr på gården; Villsau, høns og gjess er frittgående. Gården ligger 3 mil fra Drangedal, 3,9 mil fra Skien og 3,5 mil fra Porsgrunn.

Welcome to "Sandbukta". Here lies a charming old house dating back to the late 1700s. It's surrounded by nature, rich wildlife and a beautiful lake perfect for fishing and swimming. Over the past two years, we've renovated the house with the purpose of welcoming guests who wish to experience the norwegian countryside. Our goal was to preserve the original character of the house while bringing it up to modern standards.

Sen kveldssol (til ca 22 rundt St-Hans) Strøm til lading av bil betales via vips (75,-/døgn) Meget elegant innredning med alle fasiliteter. Ta med eget sengetøy og håndklær (dyne og pute er inkludert) PS. Legg også på eget laken. Gassgrill i Hagen.
