We really enjoyed our stay at The Chambers South Yarra. Location was great with restaurants and supermarket close by. It was also just a short drive to the city. The home is perfect for families. Min and Ted are amazing hosts! They are very kind and responsive and they made sure we had a pleasant stay. Highly recommend The Chambers and we look forward to staying here again when in Melbourne!

We stay at a lit of Airbnbs and every now and then one will stand out due to the personal touches. We had fresh fruit, 6 large double yoked eggs, bread,milk, butter and the most beautiful fresh cut flowers. The house itself is like being at home. We called it the Tardis as it looked compact from the outside but was huge inside. James was very arrentative and obviously rightly proud of the house. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Great spot, pretty quiet. Easy access to Melbourne CBD and surrounds. Bed was comfy. Would be happy to stay here again.

We have been to more than 100 AirBnBs around the world. Cam and his house are truly outstanding and, after staying for 7 nights, we immediately rank them the BEST. Cam went an extra mile in his help rendered to us. He welcomed us in person and gave us lots of orientation to the house. His house has has all the privacy and quietude, while within the grid. The decor of the apartment enchanted us at first sight. He prepared everything for us neat and tidy. The bedrooms are comfortable, like any plush and chic hotels in the world. The back garden refreshing, and we felt at home on the first step into it. He has a well-equipped kitchen. They have all kinds of silverware and cutlery. Cam is working very hard to ensure everything is more than alright for us. We are so grateful for his kindness and generosity.

My large group of friends (10 adults and 3 kids) had the privilege of staying in Stephen's AirBnB accommodation towards the end of May 2025. Everything in the accommodation was as described in the pictures and furthermore, Stephen and his colleagues made the extra effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible (facilitating the provision of a baby cot for our infant child)! The accommodation was perfect for our large group and the location was located in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, conveniently located in between Melbourne city centre and also the attractions at Yarra Valley. In terms of facilities, the kitchen came with a fully equipped kitchen which allowed us to prepare steaks and have wine for dinner on a rainy evening! Accommodation and toilets were clean and the garage can fit two large SUVs (Kia Carnival). Overall, this was the perfect place for us and I will certainly look forward to having Stephen as a host again!

A lovely stay. Everything was as represented and the apartment was comfortable and cosy. It was very peaceful staying by the river, and also convenient to everything I needed. Communication with the host was easy and questions were quickly responded to. I would recommend to others and would happily stay here again.

Thank you for leaving the coffee machine ready to use when we arrived - that was a welcome touch. It was in a perfect location for us as our daughter lives in the same apartment block. It is in a good location right opposite Victoria Gardens Shopping Mall, lovely Yarra River walks, tram across the road, and getting Ubers to/from your apartment was also very easy.

Stayed 2 nights at Allan and Elizabeth’s listing. The place was as per photos and felt very clean and fresh. Host was kind to get the heating turned on for us before we arrived as it was a cold day. We chose this area as it was in close proximity to the massive Chadstone shopping centre and is between Melbourne and Phillip Island (penguins). Overall a very pleasant and easy stay. Do note to request for self check-in if required as we had the host wait up for us and we felt really bad!

What a wonderful stay at Lisa’s place! The personal touches were thoughtful, the space was spotless and cozy, and the location couldn’t have been better. Just a short walk to the tram, but honestly, Collingwood has everything you need — incredible restaurants, great coffee, and that perfect balance of being close to the city without feeling like you're in the city. We’ll definitely be back!

We stayed at Cathie and Michael’s for three nights. The apartment is situated close to cafes, restaurants and shops, with a tram stop not too far away. The apartment was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Even though we went in winter, we still made use of the spacious verandah. It’s one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in, we would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless – very clean and tidy throughout, which made it super comfortable. The location was central and convenient, with easy access to public transport, making it a great base for exploring the area. The host was exceptional – clear and consistent with communication, and all instructions were easy to follow. They were also incredibly hospitable and flexible, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Sheryl is the best host I have dealt with this far. She replies to you within minutes which I have found other hosts can take up to 6-7 hours to reply. Her place was the cleanest I’ve stayed at this far. To sum it up there’s nothing I could complain about at all. The property was great actually the outdoor area was better and bigger than it looked in the pics. Great place with a great host.

My wife and I had great 5 day stay. Amanda was a great host and clear with her instructions. The unit is in a fantastic position, ultra quiet and close to all you need to do in Melbourne without the hustle and bustle of staying in the CBD. I’m glad to have stayed at Aster’s place once again—this time at a different listing. The location was incredibly convenient, situated right opposite Southern Cross Station, which made getting to and from the airport a breeze. With trams just around the corner, exploring the city was easy and accessible. It was a smooth and pleasant stay overall, and I’ll happily choose Aster’s place again the next time I’m in Melbourne.

Excellent location with breathtaking views and a warm, welcoming host. Peter greeted us personally on arrival and was very flexible with both check-in and check-out timings, which made our stay even more convenient. The apartment was clean, exactly as pictured, and within easy walking distance to great restaurants and major Melbourne attractions. Highly recommended!
