In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. De Noot: a green oasis on the outskirts of Groningen

The "De Noot" studio is fully, tastefully, and luxuriously furnished and is located in a rural farmhouse, on the ground floor, on the outskirts of town. A fantastic place to use as a base, to work, or to relax and unwind. There are 2 bicycles available for guests. Public transportation is within walking distance. Parking is free. There is a large green yard with an orchard, a meadow with a pond (and several benches), chickens, a rooster, sheep, and a sweet dog (stable).

Our small, cozy apartment for 2 people is located about 2.5 km or 15 minutes by bike from the North Sea coast. The prices are per night/apartment plus tourist tax €3.50 in the main season and €1.80 in the off-season per person./day including bed linens, a set of towels and 2 rental bikes. Villa Hafenkieker

Our semi-detached house, completed in June 2025, offers every comfort for up to 7 people. A fully equipped kitchen with an open living-dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an infrared cabin can be found in the Villa Hafenkieker. In the fenced garden, a seating area, a barbecue and a beach chair invite you to relax. The large playground opposite attracts the kids outside, the existing PlayStation 5 ensures entertaining evenings. Your dog is welcome!

Chalet "Pear Blossom"

This rustic cottage in the large cottage garden of the "Willrathshof" can accommodate two to three people. The fantastic view from the terrace of the horse pastures lets you relax immediately! You also have the opportunity to stay with us in the straw. An adventure for young and old! Our farm is located directly on the Wadden Sea World Natural Heritage Site, through which you can walk with Watt'n Piet (Peter) to the island of Baltrum.

"Okko 14" Cozy townhouse with garden

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.
