Bright, self contained 3 bedroom house in a quiet area with beautiful views, free parking, a perfect base for exploring Brighton and the South Downs, ideal for families or contractors. Being out of the city centre you even get free parking. The house has lovely views and is recently decorated. Kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, American fridge freezer, and a dishwasher. Cosy and quiet well laid out space with free on street parking on the close outside (or the road adjacent if it is busy - 1 min walk) which is unusual for Brighton! Excellent fast wifi, workspace, Sky channels, sea views, outside patio space overlooking the garden, dog friendly, easily accessible public transport less than a 5 minute walk, quick transport links by road to A27, A23, central Brighton & seafront. Ideal for work, study or a well earned rest to explore the South Downs and Brighton.

Garden Studio with outdoor decking & seating area, self contained, very comfortable in beautiful Saltdean just outside Brighton. With free on street parking straight out front and private access it is only 15 minutes on the bus to Brighton Pier or 1hour on the bus to Eastbourne Pier. As experienced hosts we will always offer a warm welcome and assistance as required. In a quiet neighbourhood we are only a short walk to buses and shops and the beach or Lido are only a 5minute walk away.

Beautiful, modern, self-contained annexe with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Enjoy easy access to central Brighton but relax in peaceful Saltdean if it all gets a bit hectic. Our annexe is located within walking distance to all Saltdean’s attractions including the beach, Lido, South Downs and Saltdean Oval and 1 minute from the bus that will take you into Brighton. We also enjoy easy access by bus to Eastbourne or popular beauty spots including Cuckmere Haven.

The Haven is a bright and spacious Annex which overlooks Peacehaven Beach. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. The master bedroom has a double bed and the lounge has a brand new futon which opens out into another double bed. Peacehaven has all the shops you need within 2 minute walking distance.
