We had a fantastic stay at this property. Everything was in perfect working condition, and the house was well-maintained. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating. Highly recommended!

The host was responsive and communicated in a timely manner. The host was present at check-in and ensured that I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the house. He had someone with him to touch-up anything that I felt should be cleaned. The linens and towels were clean and the bathroom has basic amenities such as soap and shampoo. The water pressure was very good and the water heater provided continuous hot water. The WiFi was reliable and fast (20 Mbps upload/download). I used it extensively for Zoom meetings and had no issue. The property is located in Precinct 12/Ali Block of Bahria Town, Karachi. This is one of the better and more developed parts of Bahria. It is also convenient for access to shopping. However, one must have transportation (bike, car, taxi, etc) since the distances are not walkable. This property is fairly close to the Ali Block mosque. Overall, I highly recommend this place due to its cleanliness, reliable WiFi, and hot water with good pressure.

I had an amazing stay at this villa in Bahria Town, Karachi. The location is absolutely perfect, right in front of Gallery, Marhaba, and the commercial area, making everything super convenient. The villa itself is calm, very clean, and secure with a guard. It has all the essentials for a comfortable stay, plus some great extras like a dedicated servant, LED TV, and even a snooker table for entertainment. What truly made the experience exceptional was the host, he’s a young, charming guy who is incredibly friendly, passionate about hosting, and always just a message away. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-located, and well-equipped stay in Bahria Town!

There were only 2 guests during the stay. Zohaib was quick to respond to messages and very helpful with check in, especially considering my early morning arrival to Karachi. The home was just as shown in the pictures, and in a very nice and secure gated community, with a car parking space available. The host also was kindly able to help with local recommendations. The property had good, fast and consistent WiFi connection, along with backup generator for when there was power outage in the area. Each bedroom had AC which worked without any problems at all, along with ceiling fans to keep cool. The only slightly negative comment I would make is that the kitchen area wasn’t very clean with only some small stains, grease and dust. The amenities were perfect, such as fridge, cooker, water dispenser and crockery. Overall a very pleasant stay, my only minor suggestion for the host to improve would be to thoroughly inspect the home before future guests arrive. I would stay at the home again.

Had a great experience staying here for a week. The place was very clean and the host was extremely helpful and responsive. He provided everything we needed. There was always a guard 24/7 so we felt safe. If you’re looking for a safe and clean place for your family to stay in karachi, highly recommend this!!
