Great host very flexible and accommodating nothing was too much for Majid A gentleman and a scholar would recommend his house great safe location and local amenities are a walk away No negative whatsoever and majid and his assistant are always available if needed

Khubaib was a great host, very responsive. Whenever there was an issue, he was responsive and caretaker of the property took care of it. Despite some minor initial issues, everything was great. House was beautiful and very spacious. Will definitely stay again in the future.

The villa itself looks dreamy and is very big and clean, with a guy who’s there for you to help you as well. We couldn’t get a chance to stay the night due to change of plans, but Zafar was very helpful and considerate with everything. Also, please book this Villa if you only want to stay inside of it, there’s nothing much to do in the surroundings and it can be pretty hard to reach there on a car because of really narrow streets and damaged roads.

The place was exactly as described neat and clean, providing a comfortable space to stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful especially Sikandar who went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. The food he prepared was absolutely amazing adding to the overall delight of our trip. We were a group of nearly 20 people and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the stay, delicious meals and warm hospitality. The bonfire and BBQ made our evenings even more special, creating a cozy and memorable atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay with excellent service and a welcoming environment.

The host was responsive and communicated in a timely manner. The host was present at check-in and ensured that I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the house. He had someone with him to touch-up anything that I felt should be cleaned. The linens and towels were clean and the bathroom has basic amenities such as soap and shampoo. The water pressure was very good and the water heater provided continuous hot water. The WiFi was reliable and fast (20 Mbps upload/download). I used it extensively for Zoom meetings and had no issue. The property is located in Precinct 12/Ali Block of Bahria Town, Karachi. This is one of the better and more developed parts of Bahria. It is also convenient for access to shopping. However, one must have transportation (bike, car, taxi, etc) since the distances are not walkable. This property is fairly close to the Ali Block mosque. Overall, I highly recommend this place due to its cleanliness, reliable WiFi, and hot water with good pressure.

Masood is a great host! Always quickly available to attend any queries and the place is immaculate. Perfect for a staycation at BTK! Highly recommended!

Had a great experience staying here for a week. The place was very clean and the host was extremely helpful and responsive. He provided everything we needed. There was always a guard 24/7 so we felt safe. If you’re looking for a safe and clean place for your family to stay in karachi, highly recommend this!!

Luxurious house with peaceful surroundings, help on hand to make sure I had everything I need anytime of the day. I stayed in the master bedroom which was beautiful and had very powerful AC. The farmhouse was beautiful and perfect for our event. Ahsan and his team were very understanding and accommodated our needs till the very end. The home was spacious and very clean for the family. Definitely going to come back.

Dr. Tahir and his management team shazia and Bilal were very professional they were always checking up on us. The house it self is in a very clean and safe area and has proper security who actually check who’s coming in and going out. House was clean and spacious and walking distance from Eiffel Tower and about 16 mins walk to all the main shops in Bahria. Over all the stay was wonderful and would visit again.

Shahmir was amazing host and very friendly, food they offered was wonderful. place is peaceful. Consider the distance from Lahore downtown before booking.
