Our stay was sensational, all very clean and organized, the place corresponds 100% with the photos! The very complete apartment has everything you need. Exceptional host André, very flexible and helpful. We felt at home.

Juliana and Sergio are great hosts; we had only two awkward ones: with the neighbors of the back house who had a live music party until dawn and we had a baby (3 months) and an elderly woman (93 years) but who certainly escaped the management of the hosts; and the internet that was stable almost every day between 22:00 and 23:00 hours; another was excellent, we were in paradise in front of that beautiful arm of the sea. Thank you!

We really enjoyed your stay! The house is amazing, super comfortable, spacious and very charming! The pool area is very nice and the view from the second floor to the sea is beautiful. Regiane was very responsive, gave us local tips and was very responsive to our questions. With crtza we would come back more fines times!

Perfect house for family and friends, we went in 10 people. Large living space, comfortable and spacious suites, kitchen with a wide variety of appliances and utilities. Large and well-kept pool, perfect outdoor area. Near the center of shops and close to the bus station. Owner Luciana a sweetheart, very flexible to schedules according to availability. We intend to return again for the great experience we had.

The house is, 400 meters from the beach, but a few meters away from the big beach, which in the summer of 22/23 was with Blue Flag Seal for the water quality. We had a wonderful stay! The house is extremely welcoming, providing a sense of home from the first moment. Perfect for those looking for tranquility, has a complete and well-equipped structure, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. The space is large and cozy, ensuring an enjoyable experience for all guests. In addition, the location is excellent, close to Prainha and Enseada, with easy access to markets, pharmacies and other amenities. Without a doubt, we want to return next year!

Excellent hosting in Itapoá. The apartment is beautiful, elegant, functional and comfortable, just steps from the beach. The view is incredible and the Jacuzzi makes a difference. I hope to be back soon.

The property is located next to the Fort. Very quiet and tree-lined place, full of birds and a few meters from Forte beach. Beach clean and calm, good to rest and spend the day with family. There are markets, bakery, fish shop, pharmacy, restaurants near the residence. The house was very tidy and clean, this being another highlight of our review. The kitchen is rich in utensils and complete for the stay. Would recommend!

Perfect location for those who want to go to Praia do Forte. A few minutes away (by car) from supermarkets. We had very hot days (which was great for summer), but since there was no air-conditioning in the living room, we had a bit of heat. Nothing that hindered the great stay we had. We recommend Loreana's home and think about coming back to the new season next summer.

Hosts helped us with everything, helpful, communicative, wonderful people! The apartment was extremely clean, the location is wonderful, the view is beautiful, it's windy enough that we hardly even used the air conditioning. The rooms are spacious, I liked it more in person than in the photos. The hosts live in the house downstairs, which made everything very easy, they helped me with everything. My family and I stayed 1 week and loved it!

Mr. Sherman's house is fantastic, everything is very well organized. Bed, bath and table linens helped us a lot. House without any problems, everything working normally, very well-equipped kitchen. I would like to thank Mr. Sherman for his attention, always quick to respond to messages and answer questions. I recommend his house to everyone, we have nothing to complain about! I hope to be able to rent more often. Remembering that there are 5 en-suites, it's super hard to find a house or apartment like this. Each with its own room and bathroom is wonderful. The house is huge and super functional. Very, very comfortable and with quality touches. The rooms are very spacious and all have air conditioning. ALL the utensils were there, NOTHING was missing. I would say that there was more than enough, you could cook whatever you wanted..!!! On the days we were there it was very hot and humid, an air conditioner in the living-dining room would have been appreciated. We managed with fans anyway. A car repair would also have been useful, although this is common to the entire complex. Note that these last two paragraphs are suggestions and in no way tarnish the final score, which is 10/10. Very satisfied!!

We loved the house, airy, air-conditioning in the rooms, the area in the back with the pool, it was the place we stayed the most, we loved it, the beach is very close and it is great, quiet, it has everything nearby, supermarket, pharmacy, Felipe is always ready to assist us. I certainly recommend it.
