Vacation rentals with a pool in Ballena Bay

Our family really enjoyed this home - especially seeing the monkeys, having great swings for our daughter to play on, and an amazing rooftop view!! When the pool pump was not working properly, Rafal was there very quickly to fix the timer and was very personable. When in this area, we would definitely stay here again.

Me and husband stayed at Axels beautiful place for our honeymoon for 11 days. It was even more beautiful than the photos if you can believe it. Waking up to the view of the infinite pool and jungle, the sounds of the animals, just breathtaking. Anytime we needed anything (which wasn’t often) axel responded immediately. Luis was also incredible! We decided not to rent a vehicle and cab everywhere and he hooked us up with the most punctual, friendly driver who came to get us atleast once a day. I recommend trying Luis sisters fresh fish (10/10) We were lucky enough to see monkeys, parrots, lizards, and coaties all from the pool. We did a few tours like horse back riding, went out for dinner most nights, but ultimately during the day we were at the house enjoying the sun! We will definitely be back in the future to enjoy anniversaries. Thank you Axel for have an exceptional place that truly felt like an oasis!

Eloide is such a wonderful host. She was there to greet us and made sure we had everything we needed. The unit was just perfect for us., very comfortable and a peaceful location. Chris is the Man! For context, my girlfriend and I had another bnb in the area that lost power and water for 2 days! I had to book an emergency stay and Chris accommodated and responded swiftly even though it was very short notice. We fell more in love with his property than our original one lol. 10/10 stay loved the vibezz.

Absolutely gorgeous place. A little bit longer of a drive from the closest airport than I initially expected but it was worth every second and I would do it again asap if I can! So beautiful, calm, private, very quiet. Me and my wife had the best honeymoon we could have asked for. Property manager judit was amazing, so kind and responsive and always helping/giving suggestions/making sure we had everything we need. So many good coffee shops, restaurants, and activities around, but also the house is so amazing sometimes we did not even want to leave! Highly highly recommend

We had an amazing time staying here. It’s just the right amount of remote, super peaceful and surrounded by nature, but still close to everything you want to do. Honestly, it was more than we could’ve wished for. The place itself is beautiful, with jungle all around, constant sounds of birds and animals, and an incredible view. Will was an awesome host. Being a local, he gave us the best tips – where to surf, great places to eat, and even where to get the freshest fish (or catch it yourself!). As others have said, you’ll definitely need a quad or a car to get there because the road is bumpy. But honestly, that just added to the fun and you should get one anyway for the best CR experience. When we visit Santa Teresa again we would definitely stay here again. Totally recommend it to anyone!

This condo was exceptionally clean with a beautiful view. It was a very brief walk to the Main Street. Everything was literally five minute walk. They are picky with who they host (with good reason) because of how pristine it is. Thank you :)

The accommodation was beautiful, in peaceful surroundings. A short walk to the beach, restaurants and cafés. We enjoyed our stay so much!

the property is secluded although not “remote”. It’s easy-ish to find if you follow the owner’s directions. The space is clean and large and a short drive to pretty much everything in Uvita. You can also walk to the Ballena national park in less than 10 minutes (just FYI, the whale’s tale takes about 1/2 hour from the park entrance though). The bed is firm - this is a preference thing and has nothing to do with how much we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is basic and has everything you would need to cook meals.

We had the best time staying in Santa Teresa! The town was easily accessible from Mike’s place by ATV. Mike was very responsive, the home was very beautiful and in the jungle! We saw Monkeys outside of the bathroom windows multiple days!

Amazing house and location!

I couldn't have asked for a better stay at Casa Indigo. The house was beautiful and contained everything we needed. Two bedrooms are accessed via porches, this provided nice isolation but something to think about if bringing young ones. There is an extra per day cleaning and maid service not listed on airbnb, but they did a great job and we appreciated the house staying so tidy. We are already planning our next visit!

Marianne and Rob are amazing. The house is clean and very well kept. The furnishing and kitchen items are nice good quality. The view is super awesome. The pool was perfect and super clean. Best part for me was their dog Pixi who visited often and was so sweet and loving. Marianne communicated with us a lot and is very solicitous of her guests. Amazing people!
