Due to its design and antiques the home is not suitable for children under 12. Historic cottage located on Mother Vineyard Road with private access to the Roanoke Sound across the street. The 1930's cottage was built by Robert Bruce Lennon (Kerry's Great Grandfather). Enjoy coffee on the cozy porch & admire the huge, old magnolia tree. Launch your paddle-board or kayak into the shallow sound. Bike downtown and to area attractions. Fully stocked, modern kitchen. Watch the sunset from the dock!

A Private Garden Hideaway

Located in the quaint, seaside town centrally located between the string of islands known as the Outer Banks of North Carolina, my historic home offers a newly-converted detached apartment nestled in the lush, backyard flower gardens. The apartment is very private and is a pleasant 5-minute walk to downtown Manteo where you will find shops, restaurants, a playground, a walking path along the marina and surrounding harbor, and Roanoke Island Festival Park which hosts musical events and more.
