Vacation rentals with a pool in Balkans

We had a wonderful vacation. The accommodation is fully equipped. The pool is beautifully clean. The owners are great, they are always happy to give advice and take care of you. They also brought us fruit and games for children. Accommodation is located in nature, where your neighbors will be only sheep and animals. if you want to take a break from people, this is the right choice. The sea is not dry, you need a car. We were on a different beach every day, it suited us so well. We recommend Lumbrak beach. Thanks again :)

A beautiful, modern and well-equipped house where we felt very comfortable. There was even fresh fruit and vegetables and a voucher for a great restaurant to welcome us. Very quiet location, 10 minutes' drive to the nearest town with shops and restaurants, 40 minutes to Split. But you can also easily spend the whole week in the house without it getting boring. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful villa as described, amazing hosts…. We arrived tired and hungry on a Sunday and all shops were closed and within an hour Luka and his wife delivered a plate of fresh cooked pancakes for the kids and some sweet treats cooked by Luka’s Mother, above and beyond and saved the day! Everywhere spotlessly clean and well equipped. Can highly recommend!

We throughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend. The place was extremely tidy and well maintained, the layout is one house with two separate floors that break up the rooms, it was great having two kitchens! It is close to the train station which goes straight into Split city centre (cheaper than the bus). The hosts were very accommodating for our group and made sure we had everything that we needed, thanks again Ana & Mateo!

Ivan makes you feel like you're at home. Check-in with him was extremely pleasant as he acts multilingual [Croatian, English, German] There were all the necessary resources and much more (coffee maker, hair dryer, Netflix access, pool accessories). Any questions we had were answered through Airbnb within 20 minutes [e.g. shopping] The entire holiday was rounded off in a special way, from the welcome vesper plate to the homemade apple strudel of his wife. There was also a great entertainment at the end. We will definitely return. Arrived as guests, left as friends. We have rarely met such a thoughtful host. It's a great apartment that has everything and lacks for nothing. It has very good views and I would dare to say that it is much better than in photos. We had a wonderful stay and very comfortable, we had a great time. I highly recommend it.

Dimitar's place is perfect for a stay in Bansko. Close to the gondola and has everything you could possibly need.

Even though the apartment is in the middle of Athens, it was so peaceful on the 4th floor. Great location and the hot tub was a bonus! Yannis and Tax were super-helpful, and the apartment was spotless!

We had a fantastic stay at this amazing place with stunning ocean views! It’s very close to Kotor’s attractions, has a swimming pool, and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment includes a stove and washing machine, which were super convenient. We loved it and will definitely return if we’re back in Montenegro! And the view 😲😲😲😲

Absolutely amazing host and villa. Kosta and his office were brilliant and when we got to the villa we were met by Stella. She could not have done more to make our stay any better; communication was seamless, so many local suggestions, local produce left throughout the stay, the loan of a stoneware pot to use in the pizza oven over tonight to slow cook vegetables, honestly everything and more. The villa is exactly like the photos - stunning. Breath taking location with a view we all miss now we are home. The layout of the villa is excellent; it is beautifully decorated, the outside kitchen area is perfect and much used. The landscaping is wonderful, and the pool is gorgeous. The villa was meticulously cleaned throughout our stay and the pool and garden maintained to the highest standard. We had the most wonderful holiday; thank you so much Stella and your team for everything.

The villa is beautiful and big. Outside you can spend many nice hours together by the pool. Hosts were easy to reach and helpful. All in all great!

We had a fantastic stay, Thanos could not do enough for us. From taking our bags out of the taxi on arrival, to booking our day trips and also all of our taxis whenever we needed them, any time of the day and night! The villa we stayed in had views to die for and was so peaceful, an excellent all round quality stay. Thank you!

A beautiful place to explore wider Puglia from. Great host. Would return. Situated just north of Porto Cesareo. Car essential with parking space inside secure perimeter walls. Most sights were 45-90 minute drive. Modern, clean with comfortable furnishings and beds. Well equipped kitchen. Self-catered: 20 mins to nearest Lidl. Short drive to reach restaurants (10 minutes). End of October still warm and sunny in daytime (shorts, t-shirt and slides). Able to swim in small pool (very refreshing though ☺️) and in the sea at nearby beach (5 mins walk: sandy and shallow). Arrived after a severe rain so suffered more with mosquitoes outside which stopped us sitting out in the evenings sadly. Solar-powered hot water very limited (max 2 very short showers). No hot water from kitchen tap. Immersion heater did not seem to get temperature past tepid even after a couple of hours. Would be less of an issue in high summer. Out of season largely was silent around (beach club noise one evening).

Elodies villa was exactly as described and perfect for a family holiday. The seperate buildings enabled everyone some privacy and outdoor living area by the pool both functional and flexible. The hosts were very responsive and responded almost instantly to any question. We took the recommendation to bring in Massimo Mancarella as our personal chef for our final farewell dinner and he is an amazing chef, preparing our best meal of our trip. Such a nice way to end our Puglia holiday dining outdoors together being treated with an amazing meal and service.

Diana is a great host. Very welcoming and accommodating. The villa is beautiful, spacious and as described. We had everything we needed and there are two supermarkets nearby and the beach is just a few kilometres away. We enjoyed our stay at Diana and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her villa.
