I recently stayed at a Uni Villa in Penang and absolutely loved it! The house was very spacious and beautifully maintained…perfect for relaxing with friends or family. The overall vibe of the place was so peaceful and comfortable.

Thank you so much for hosting us! We really enjoyed our stay. I have to say De’s place is one of the house we stayed that doesn’t skim on giving comfort to the people. De’s kitchen has good utensils, bowls and mugs that are good quality. In many other places we had been to, they’re not good at all. Same goes to beddings and linens. De’s offered cleaned ones and comfortable beds. Thank you so much for clear instructions and for being a very responsive host. We will surely love to stay at your place next time we visit Malaysia again.

We had a fantastic 3D2N stay here with our big family, and this Airbnb was absolutely perfect for us! Traveling with a large group can be tricky, but the host went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable — they even provided extra beds for all of us, which was such a thoughtful touch and made our stay so much more relaxing. The home was clean, spacious, and well-equipped for a family gathering. The living area was great for bonding time, and the location was super convenient — just minutes from the beach, restaurants, and the famous night market. The kids loved it, and the adults got to unwind too! Eve was incredibly accommodating and responsive, always ready to help with anything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended for big families or group trips — we’d come back in a heartbeat!

5 star, cleanest homestay i ever been (although i never stay much before), but all my family members never complaint at all (from a group of 13, 8 adults, sometimes they complaint alots 😂) A great stay for big family group, at first my partner was not pleased by the wooden chair afraid it is like old house nobody stay and make it airbnb. However when we arrive, the overall make us feel so good, and the wooden chair is quite comfortable at all. It is super recommend to stay here.

Excellent in every way. Where do I start… the location cannot be beat. Armenian street is THE George Town street to see, and it’s walking distance to many amazing restaurants, hawkers centers, boutique shops, street artworks, and other attractions like the esplanade and large shopping malls. The home itself has a very peaceful feel, oozing with oldtown charm, tastefully furnished, and very spacious. The beds are comfortable, the aircon is excellent, the hot/cold filtered water machine is super convenient, and the washer/dryer works well. Things to note: The bathroom ceiling is quite low- if you’re over 5’10” you’ll be stooped over, but they provide a shower seat. There is an atrium in the middle of the home that is open to the floor below and the shop on the ground floor. This is no issue, but something to be aware of if you have toddlers like us that are, at times, difficult to keep calm and quiet.

The place itself is exactly what the photos look like and as it says it is a beautiful heritage home but with updated mod cons. The rooms are beautiful. The owners were so friendly and extremely helpful. The bathrooms are lovely with one of them outside so it can get very hot during the day. The area is central and close to everything you want to walk around. This was outside the owners control but the main bedroom faced onto a construction site and started really early in the morning as did the prayers on loud speakera which would come on around 5am or 6am. So if you are a light sleeper like me just bear that in mind. But like i said that was completely out of the owners control.

I had a great stay at this house. The environment was very comfortable and clean, which made it easy to relax and feel at home. Everything was well-maintained, and the facilities provided met all my needs. The price was also very reasonable for the quality offered. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy and affordable place to stay!

We stay here for 6 night. The house is really big, Clean, Comfortable. Bed a lot, good for group or big family. House enviroment quite. Parking easy, even you have more then 2 cars, because is almost end lot. The quality is worth Price, I'm sure will come again. See you.

We had a great one night stay here during a short weekend trip to Penang from KL. There are many thoughtful touches to Ling Ling's place. Notes describing the place and the history. Local recommendations on a homemade map, complete with walking distances. A variety of local snacks to try. The location is convenient and walkable within Georgetown, but feels very private down a small side road.
