We had a great stay, family of four, 2 kids (boys) under 10 years old. Plenty of space and the location was perfect! Right by the pool and quick walk to the beach! Also, right next to the Sassy Bass which had amazing drinks and fabulous food! The laundry is just a few steps away making laundry super easy for the week. We were able to get everywhere we wanted to go, from grocery to souvenir shopping to picking up local seafood to cook in the kitchen! Everything was fantastic and we would love to stay here again! Great hosts, very responsive to any questions!

The condo was perfect for our 30th wedding anniversary. The view was beautiful from the balcony. Everything was very manicured and had great beach access. The owner was super responsive for any of our questions. We loved the location of the property. You can be on the main strip in 15 minutes or get away from it all and just relax.

Family was visiting for a soccer tournament. The house was very spacious and clean; perfect for our family. House was well decorated and the neighborhood was very calm and clean. Would definitely recommend and will book again if we return to the area. Thank you for your hospitality!

Lagoon & Beach Access - Boat Launch, Pool, Kayaks

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Gulf Shores! The location is absolutely perfect—Little Lagoon right out front and the ocean just steps away in the back. It’s a dream spot for any fisherman, with easy access to both saltwater and lagoon fishing. One of the best features was the private boat launch and dock, which we used daily for our boat. It made getting out on the water incredibly convenient and added so much value to our stay. The area is quiet and peaceful, with the only sounds coming from the local birdlife, which adds to the charm. The condo itself is spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The beds were cozy and made for a great night’s sleep after long days outside. The deck was a personal favorite—relaxing chairs and a perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or evening breeze. The kitchen was well-equipped, though I’d recommend bringing your own seasonings if you plan to cook. The whole facility is well maintained, and it’s clear that the property is cared for.

Beautiful Beachfront paradise / Sleeps 6

We had the best time! Two kids, two adults, perfect size for us. Dolphins and sunsets every morning 🥰 Slept so well! The pull out couch was perfect, and the bed was so comfortable as well. Place had just the right amount of personal touches. I could go on and on. The food next door was great at two different locations, snow cones, ice cream, and was just right across the street. Such friendly people! Jack helped us figure out a dolphin cruise which was 10 minutes away, and perfect for one of our days out. Naval museum was fantastic! Beach was gorgeous. Sand so clean! Umbrellas and chairs available , which we took advantage of one day, but it was easy to haul our little wagon and chair set down too! I think that’s is the best thing about the location, is you can just go down whenever and not have to worry about getting a spot, it was never like we had to fight off space. Will definitely be back! ❤️

Perfect weekend get away! My family and I had such a nice stay here. Very responsive host, beautiful home, and close to the beach and amazing places to eat. We didn’t use to shuttle for the beach, as there is parking across the street that was a little more convenient for us and our kids. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here while evacuating from Hurricane Milton. Check-In process was super straight forward, the hosts were very understanding of our situation and allowed us to check in early after we drove 8 hours from the Tampa area! The cabin was charming and relaxing. Good internet and environment to get some work done. Plenty of activities to do on-site. Great views of the water! We were even able to use the kayaks at the stay. The fishing was great too, we were able to catch over 45 fish in the 3 days we were there. While there was plenty of stuff to do on-site, everything you need is within 5-10. The beach and great restaurants are super close. Definitely will be coming back under different circumstances!

We really enjoyed our stay, guests and long term residents were friendly and peaceful, location was perfect to avoid the crowd but close enough to drive to our favorite (boating at crab island) ft walton and the bother direction for dinner and our favorite coffee shop in gulf shores. The beaches were gorgeous the chair rental was never overbooked even mid-day. We enjoyed all the pools which were clean and not over chlorinated which seems to happen alot at resorts. Spacious and comfy for all 6 of us who came. Door dash even found us and amazon deliveries were right on time! parking was great even for our guests who came to visit and great golf cart community as well! this has been our favorite spot so far along the Gulf! more on my IG travel channel 🫶

This is a very affordable place for a beach condo! We went during April when crowds were not an issue. Our stay was lovely. The only thing that I disliked was an extra $50 for a parking pass to each vehicle. I wish that was disclosed in the info prior to booking. There is a parking lot right next door that charges $5-10 a day but no one wants to tote all of their luggage and make that walk. I loved the pool and beach access. Great place! Very family friendly!

A beautiful well kept condo close to all the restaurants. My toddler loved the kiddy pool and we loved the quick and convenient beach access. We have stayed at other condos along Orange Beach before and I can honestly say this one has been the best!

It was wonderful to be on the ground floor and not have to deal with the elevator. The sliding glass door in the living room is hard to open so everyone wanted to go through our bedroom to get to the patio which I didn’t really mind most of the time. I was not able to stay on the internet for some reason it just kept buffering so I was thankful that I didn’t have to work remotely the week I was here. It was a great stay! I enjoyed the resort.

We enjoyed our stay in Gulf Shores. The house was beautiful and perfect for our large group. The house was well stocked, clean, and had everything that we needed. It is close to the beach and several restaurants. It was nice to have the option to swim in the two pools on the site as well! We would recommend this place!

This place was great for our family. My husband and I had 8 adult kids with us and there was plenty of room. The downstairs pool house is great to put older kids in or a group of guys.

House was overall great, affordable, cute, and located within a short walk to the beach. We were a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the house. Upon arrival there was still a lot of sand throughout the house, loads of sand and hair in the pull out couch. Additionally, only eight bath towels (house accommodates 10 guest). The lock function on the key pad was broken so we could not lock our side of the house. However we did appreciate the supply of basic kitchen dishes and utensils. Was presently surprised by the showers which kept hot water and had great water pressure. I’d be happy to stay here again.

The location cannot be beat, if you're looking for quiet and private. The property was clean. Also, very walkable to nearby convenience store, restaurants, and the beach. However, we stayed on the lagoon side and enjoyed every minute of it. Will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this house. It is so close to OWA, the Tanger Outlets, and the Beach Express which goes straight to Orange Beach. We were very comfortable, it was very clean, and the hosts were always quick to respond. We will definitely recommend to friends or family. Thanks again!

Beautiful condo especially for the price. Great communication with easy check in/checkout. The absolute only thing inconvenient worth mentioning is that the beds were not comfy except the master, but may not be a problem if you don’t have back pain or if you want the littles to sleep in the other beds. Overall very satisfied with our stay and would book again.

Phoenix II 2102- Fantastic Amenities & beach views

This unit was extremely clean (so was the whole lobby and hot tub areas), and the main two beds were probably the best we’ve ever had at Orange Beach. The exception was the sofa sleeper mattress. I had forgotten how extremely poor these can be. I chose Phoenix primarily because they have multiple hot tubs in close proximity to one another. Each building has two identical hot tubs about 20’ apart. I’ve learned that major maintenance occurs each Jan and Feb, and I’ve had problems with no hot tub being available due to annual construction and repairs. One of the Phoenix II hot tubs was having heater problems, and one was low on water. It took a couple of days, but maintenance did get both working… for a few days. Then, the same heater went out again. At Phoenix, a last resort is simply to walk to the adjacent building and try their hot tubs. The VERY BEST things were the peace and quiet in the whole lobby and pool areas. Hardly anyone around except a few nice retired folks.

The living area features comfortable seating arranged around a central coffee table. A large flatscreen TV is positioned against the wall, with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors offering expansive views of the beach. Bright decor elements add a coastal touch to the space.
