Beachfront vacation rentals in Balayan

I have to say that this place far exceeded our expectations. If you have any interest whatsoever in what's inside the ocean, this is the place you absolutely must visit. Get a pair of the provided snorkeling and life vest and kayak gear, and you are minutes away from sticking your head in the best aquarium you've ever seen in your life, except it's as big as the ocean. Every member of staff is all too willing to help you have a more comfortable stay, help you explore the ocean, and help you have the best possible time. Photographs are a perfect representation of your stay, and if you are at all interested in what you see you will not be disappointed. My family and I had an outstanding time.

Our stay at the villa was truly worthwhile! It was spacious enough to accommodate all of us, with extra mats to spare. Halos kumpleto na and malinis yung place. The kids also had a great time enjoying the pool. Sir Justin (?), Ms Jessa, and Ate Donna were very responsive and accommodating. Thank you so much for the quality service and overall experience!

The Host was very accomodating and friendly. For people who are new to Pico de Loro, this is a private membership resort. So all visitors(non-members) must pay extra an adult fee of 1500 pesos per head to enter the resort and use its facilities. Seniors and minors have lower fees. It would be helpful if you include a note or link to disclose these additional fees. For the total cost including those added fees, well you may as well be better off in another beach resort. It's a good place but just saying be prepared to spend.

Our recent stay at Fernandez Villa at Canyon Cove was absolutely wonderful, and we can’t stop raving about the experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The villa itself is beautifully maintained — spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The layout was perfect for our family, offering enough privacy and space for everyone to enjoy their own time while still feeling connected. One of the biggest highlights of our stay was the exceptional service from Miss Marie and the caretakers. They were warm, accommodating, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The location itself was also a dream peaceful, scenic, and just a short walk to the beach. Overall, our stay at Fernandez Villa was more than just a vacation — it was quality bonding time as a family in a beautiful setting, made even more special by the thoughtful care of the people who maintain it. We will definitely be back again!

It was a very pleasant experience. Staying at the accomodation is comforting, relaxing and healing! The view and the vibe is very homey. The sunset view is perfection! Everything was worth it. I’m veey rhankful I have found this gem at airbnb, Sir Patrick was accomodating and easy to talk to. Our transaction was very smooth and hassle free. Wishing to come back here again. In addition, the sea! The accomodation is right in front of the shore with a beautiful crystal clear ocean. Our snorkeling experience was superb! There’s a lot of fishes even in the shallow area only and there’s a lot in the deeper parts. Also, they have some life vest and snorkeling gears there that you can borrow for free if you didn’t bring any. Hope to come back in the future. Thank you so much!

The place is perfect and great for family gathering. It’s huge and cozy. My sister found this place and when she sent it to me, i fell in love right away and didnt hesitate to book. It’s worth the price you pay. I spent the holy week and my short vacation with close family members. Place is peaceful and amenities are complete. Fast wifi connection and rooms are spacious. What i also love about it, they allow pets. 🥰

We have a great stay at Casa Oasis, the place is clean.They provided free use of towels and provided shampoos and soaps like incase you forgot to bring it. The kitchen is well equipped with things you need and the wifi is strong. We will surely comeback to this unit.

Ms. Julie was very approachable and accommodated all our requests. Even the caretaker, Ms. Jheanne, was incredibly kind. The unit itself was beautiful—perfect for a family. The air conditioning was wonderfully cool, which is a big plus for me. The place was also very clean. We did encounter a small issue with a bit of water leakage in the downstairs room, but overall, we had a fantastic stay. The place had everything we needed and felt so cozy.

This is our 4th time in Pico de Loro and this place is by far the most spacious and homey feels we've been to. Aircon unit is so cold..perfect to beat the summer heat! You wouldn't want to leave the unit! Worth the price & same as advertised! Wet clothes rack is a plus factor! We'll definitely book this unit when we go back to Pico. Host is very friendly & responsive! What I like about the host is that she did not take advantage of increasing the unit rental fee for holy week (have tried booking to other unit but was advised they will refuse our booking as they would need to increase the rental fee bcoz it's holy week).

It was a great stay at Ms. Ariza’s place! My family really enjoyed, we’re also able to cook our food there. The unit is so clean and spacious, and also the smell is so pleasant and relaxing that we felt like we wanna stay longer.

This was our second time staying at Joel’s condo unit in Pico de Loro, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The unit is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the kitchen was complete with all the wares we needed for cooking meals. We did notice one electrical outlet that appeared to be burned, but aside from that, everything else was in good condition. Overall, a great stay—highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back again!

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The space was clean, cozy and well decorated, making it a comfortable home away from home. The host was friendly, providing all necessary details for smooth check-in. The location was also great, with easy to local attractions and restaurants. The only downside we experienced during that time was the water pressure in both the shower and sink-it was a bit on the weak side, which made it less convenient for washing up. Despite this, everything else was fantastic, and we would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended if you're looking for a peaceful and well located place to stay 🫶

The place was very warm and cozy. Ma'am Shirlee was very responsive and kind. It felt like we rented the whole beach because it was so peaceful and not crowded. Kuya Marlon, the caretaker was so nice and accommodating. We felt safe during our stay. The airbnb was clean and all the utensils neded for cooking were there. We had so much fun and I highly recommend it to those who wanted to relax and have some fresh air.

Beach: I’ll start with this because this is what I usually look for in reviews. Aside from the rocky beach, everything else is perfect. We prefer sandy beaches because we have kids but we’re aware that Anilao is known for its mostly rocky beaches. The host was pretty clear about this as well. Rocky yet very clear water. It’s also a marine sanctuary so we had so much fun dish watching. We would actually like to come back and rent a boat going to the white sand beach and do more snorkeling. House: It’s beautiful and super CLEAN! Host & Caretaker: 5 star! My hubby left his watch and jewelry. We were notified right away so we were able to come back for it. If the staff didn’t see it, we wouldn’t have known until we’re back at home. We had a quick yet fun family getaway with this beautiful property. Thank you!

Jo is a great host. He replies to my messages promptly and is very efficient. The detailed direction to the place is described in the Airbnb posting but we had trouble finding the place at first only because I lost my internet connection while we’re trying to find the place. Make sure to write the direction in a piece of paper or snap a picture to save it in your photo gallery. The place is so nice & very clean, it has all the amenities that you’ll need. The kitchen. has all the pots and pans, plates, utensils, wine glasses, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Every room is clean & the beds are comfortable. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone specially if you’re looking for a peaceful and tranquil kind of R&R with your family. Your view of the beach is breathtaking. I love the hammock under the trees! Plenty place to relax. Lots of tables & chairs outside for the family. They even granted my request for a bonfire. My family had so much fun. We will definitely come back again.

We had a great stay! Perfect for family--kids and pets! Hosts were very friendly and we felt right at home.

Gregs is a very helpful host. His place as described in the picture. The nature around the accomodations is amazing and the beach is beautiful. Lots of of water activities that you can book. We did not book any as we want to enjoy the sea side as much as we can and most of our company are young kids so island tour is not going to be fun for us. I would recommend greg for the authenticity of his place is like you turn the back the time when all the Philippines beach are not own privately by rich corp. Place is simple and clean. It cater what we need nothing fancy. We arrived late sl we had trouble getting to the place but Greg called us and guide is even with the really late check in. Would come back in future for sure.

The place was immaculately clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect - just steps away from the beach! The caretaker was also incredibly reliable and responsive. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always available to answer any questions. 5/5 stars!

We stayed at Refuge by the Sea from April 16–19, 2025, and had a great time! We were a big group (9 adults, 4 kids), and the beach house was perfect—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The kids loved the pool and enjoyed some friendly games of pickleball and badminton. Maria, the host, was very responsive and helped us with activity bookings and food arrangements before our arrival. Everything on the listing was accurate. What you see on the listing is what you get! Kuya Noel, the caretaker, was also very polite and helpful. The pavilion was a great hangout spot, and even without a karaoke machine, we made do with the bluetooth speaker, mic and smart TV for some fun videoke sessions. There were two power interruptions, but the generator set kept things running—just a bit noisy for the room next to it. Overall, a relaxing and fun family getaway. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 3D2N and we really enjoyed. Rooms were super clean when we arrived. The caretakers were all helpful when we needed something.
