The house is fully equipped with air conditioning and electric heating. The gallery has a double bed and the living room has a pull-out sofa. The house comes with a 35 m2 terrace equipped with a 6m2 sunshade. Parking is possible in the garden belonging to the house. Inside the house, you'll find a refrigerator, electric stove, Lavazza coffee maker (with complimentary capsules), toaster, kettle, air conditioning, and unlimited WiFi.

Örvényes is a wonderful place to retreat yet close to the beach, Tihany, market, restaurants etc. The house is top of the hill, where it's wonderful view to the Lake Balaton, Tihany and Sajkod bay. A dirt road leads to the garden, where there is no fence, wild animals (boar, deer, fox, rabbit,pheasant) are regular visitors to the garden at dawn. the house was built on a 300-year-old cellar, a stylish bathroom and room were designed in the basement.

Kalácsház stands on an undisturbed small estate. It's an ideal place to get away and relax for a while. And in the evening, you can bathe under the stars in the outdoor tub. Dörgicse is a quiet little gem of the Balaton Uplands, special restaurants, Lake Balaton activities and an old timer museum nearby. The house has air conditioning to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. A hot relaxing bath after the trip is ideal in the two-person tub.
