The apartment has its own parking space in the underground garage, and guests of the residential complex can also use the outdoor pool and wellness area. We warmly welcome our guests, who want to enjoy a relaxing getaway on Lake Balaton in a peaceful, upscale setting.

A nyaraló légkondicionált, nem dohányzó, 1 hálószoba (ágynemű,törölköző, Wifi,TV) egy teljesen felszerelt konyharész (1 db elektromos főzőlap, mikrohullámú sütő,hűtőszekrény,kenyérpirító)és 1 fürdőszoba/WC található benne. Vendégeink pihenhetnek a tetőteraszon vagy lazíthatnak akár a közös, kültéri medence partján lévő napozóágyakban. Az apartmanhoz tartozik továbbá 1 privát parkoló, és 2 db kerékpár.

The ruins of a 200-year-old barn accommodate the garden dining and lounge area. In the tastefully furnished, comfortable house with a cathedral-like living-kitchen, the guests will feel at home and at ease. Paloznak, Csopak, Balatonfüred are a few minutes' drive away. Alsóörs can be reached with a comfortable walk.

Our well-equipped accommodation is located in one of the most popular, greenest and quietest streets of Sajkod, with fantastic views, free parking, boat fishing, swimming pool, bicycles, large garden, fireplace.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and the living room has a pull-out sofa to relax. The windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Pets are NOT allowed. The owners are located on the property.
