I have been impressed by Janice's prompt responses to my messages and her remarkable kindness. The place is comfortable and clean, making it an ideal stay. The kitchen is particularly noteworthy, as it is situated near the beach and has a complete set of utensils. Furthermore, there is a nearby calendaria and restaurant. We enjoyed convenient access to transportation, including tricycles and habal-habal. The local people were exceptionally friendly and kind, offering us additional insights about the area. Marj's place is very peaceful. It's walking distance from groceries and shops. Photos matches the place. Place has clean sheets too. Marj is very accommodating. My family had a great time.

We originally booked another Airbnb in Cebu, but it was in poor condition. Thankfully, we found this beautiful place and reached out to Yen at 9 PM. She responded immediately and made sure everything was ready for us to check in that same night. The apartment itself is absolutely stunning – spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. It’s also in a prime location, within walking distance to dive clubs, grocery stores, and restaurants (we easily walked everywhere). The two balconies are a perfect spot to unwind in the evening, with a fantastic view to enjoy. Yen is extremely responsive as well as incredibly warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Cebu!

Very cozy place.

We had a nice stay at Jose place, the room looked like the pictures. very quiet at the 16 floor, alot of restraunt and places to eat within walking distance. We were even granted an early check in wich we appreciated so much. Will stay again if in the area.

The unit was so clean and exactly what the photos looked like. When we went inside the smell was so good. Bathroom was clean and also the linens were clean. The location is close to everything because it was in newtown easy public transportation and a lot of restaurants nearby. Everything was 10/10 would stay again in this unit.

everything should have been fine except that there were NO exhaust ventillation at the toilet especially downstairs. The road going up the property is so steep but is not a problem at all for our 2 vehicles. No good restaurants nearby although cooking fascilities in the house are complete, would have been better if those caretakers does a catering services. All the staff are good, kind and attentive. Nothing is perfect but we considered this property as almost perfect... kids had a great fun! Thank you Rex!

Great host and wonderful condo studio unit. Easy access to necessities. 7/11 below of the condo if you need anything. Perfect spot for Sinulog as you have a great view of the parade from the condo windows itself — You don’t need to race through the busy crowds if you don’t want to. Host is very easy to talk to!! Ceasar’s unit is spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for barkadas and families! It can accommodate a good number of people, making it an excellent choice for group stays. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Will definitely book again! 😊🏡✨
