Vacation rentals in Baku

I felt in love with this flat! Staying there was such a pleasure, we wanted to extend for few days but was fully booked already unfortunately. The location was perfect, the home was cozy, warm and clean, and the host was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended!

We had a comfortable stay for 5 days & 4 nights, we are family of 4 with 1 kid, the place is near the old town city, highland park and Nizami street around 5-10 mins walk only. Arif is a great host and available anytime whenever we have queries, we will surely come back again.

Great location, you have a supermarket in the same building ground floor, the pics are a representation of the flat and heating system worked perfectly. Great communication only 15 min by foot from the metro station.

apartment was in prime location with access to supermarket and all tourist spots in Baku.. it was a nice apartment with all the facilities.. Good place for family to stay

It’s my second time I book this place first time it was for my guests and now I had a quick trip in Baku this place made my days more than comfortable and nice for trip . When I have a work trip in Baku I always check for this apartment availability as it’s the most comfortable option for me with given conditions

We had a wonderful stay in Baku! The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and located right in the heart of the city—everything we needed was within walking distance. But what truly made our trip special was the exceptional support from the transport coordinator, Mr. Toofan. He is one of the kindest and most humble people we've met—always smiling, always helpful. From the moment we landed, Mr. Toofan helped us plan our entire itinerary with care and attention. He made sure our transportation was seamless, and his services were not only reliable but also very affordable. Thanks to him, we experienced Baku like locals and made the most of our time there. Highly recommend this place, especially if you get to coordinate with Mr. Toofan. He truly went above and beyond!

This is a standalone apartment at the back of a restaurant in the old city, a UNESCO world heritage site. Taxis and Bolt etc can't drive in but it's quite close to the gates to the city so that's not an issue for me. The Wi-Fi is strong enough and the host was very responsive.

We stayed at Ulvi's apartment between February and March. You will definitely feel like you are at home in this apartment. There is no difference between the photos you see and what you will find. All of the devices in the apartment are working. The internet connection is stable. The apartment is very clean and tidy. Although the weather was cold during our stay in Baku, we did not feel chilly at all in the apartment. The kitchen supplies are quite sufficient. Whenever we had a question, Ulvi was happy to answer and give advice. The apartment is located in a hushed part of Baku called "White City." You can see the Caspian Sea from the balcony, and you'll be on the beach in 5 min. The apartment is 1 min from the bus stop. The nearest metro station, Xatai, is 5-10 min away by foot. There are two markets (Bravo & Araz) right in front of the apartment. This apartment is a great option to think about if you intend to stay in Baku. Thank you Ulvi for being a great host.
