Waterfront vacation rentals in Baku

the place is much bigger than it looks and has windows to every direction. You can see the sea, the flagpost, the Flaming Towers and beautiful InterContinental hotel just from your apartament. I recommend it to everyone. last but not least - he host was friendly and responsive. He even brought bottled water when I mentioned that I am out.

Ali's place is situated a the perfect location inside the old city , I felt like I was living in history while I stayed at his place. The apartment is just 5 mins walk to main spot of old city, nizami street and see front. House was comfortable studio apartment and had everything required for a comfortable stay. Staying with them was the best decision, everything was on point and he was very responsive throughout the stay. Location was right in the centre and beyond expectation! Highly recommended. Unfortunately I can’t meet them but I am sure they were actually good because of the clean surroundings and clean house. I will definitely stay with them whenever I visit Baku ✨

we had an amazing stay at Elchin's place for the Baku grand prix. it had everything we wanted and needed, right on the track and pretty close to our grandstand. Baku was in a bit of chaos because of all the road closures but Elchin helped us out immensely, got us some food for the fridge and made sure we were ok. comfy bed and pillows, great water pressure and aircon. what more could we need! We will definitely stay here again when back in Baku!

House is located on the Best place and it was really clean easy acsess. We really enjoyed it. Baku is wonderful.

The owner is very accommodating and the location of the property is very near the old city and very accessible for a tourist. Although the bldg is old tge Unit is very clean, private and safe. Planning to book again for my next trip to Azerbaijan. 🇦🇿

The house was just as described. Although some minor issues arose, as soon as we contacted Xamis, he promptly came and resolved them. The location of the house is excellent, making it ideal for relaxation during the summer months.

I appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra pillows and blankets, and a fully equipped kitchen. Khayyam's dedication to making the stay memorable was outstanding; he was always available to answer questions and assist with any needs that arose. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming home away from home.

Great Stay – Highly Recommended! I stayed for two weeks and loved it! The apartment is comfortable for both short and long stays. Everything you need—supermarket, pharmacy, gym, and cafes—is right in the building. Big thanks to Sabina for the excellent hospitality. I’ll definitely be back!
