До ул.Торговой 20-25 минут пешком, до метро Низами 20 минут пешком, до ж/д вокзала - 15 минут. Общая площадь квартиры 120 кв. метров. Централизованная горячая вода в здании - постоянно.

Спасибо что заглянул на мою объявлению.Моя квартира находится в центре Баку.Для вашего комфортного проживание я устроил там все удобство.Главное свойство в моём квартире это безопасность и комфорт.Для полного безопасности я после каждого гостя меняю замок двери.Рядом домом есть:маркет,ресторан,торговый центр,метро ст и автобусная ост.Все достопримечательности города не далеко от нас.Во всех комнатах есть окон.Регистрация и трансфер(+20 дней)-бутылка вино подарок.

Метро располагается в 3 минутах от дома, а позади станции метро - вход,большие ворота в сказочный и древний город Баку, который называется İceri Sheher («Внутренний город», «Город внутри») с Девичьей Башней, Караван Сараем, Дворцом Ширваншахов и множеством кафе.
