Nice place for staying in Baku. Host is very responsive and helpful. Apartment is clean and matches the description. Almost everywhere is in walking distance. Recommended

Staying at Aygun's apartment was, without a doubt, the best experience: Warmth and Responsiveness: Aygun's kindness and availability were incredible. She answered my messages lightning-fast, often within 1-20 minutes. Exceptional Support: I traveled for work and had unusual arrival and departure times during the early hours of the morning. Aygun went above and beyond, being there to receive me both times. Language and Local Help: Aygun speaks fluent English, a rare find in Baku, and even helped me with Bolt rides by giving instructions to the driver. Great Recommendations: She provided excellent suggestions for activities, places to eat, which enriched my trip. Apartment Quality: The apartment is so much better than it looks in the photos! It’s in a prime location, extremely secure (I’m a woman and stayed alone the entire time), and immaculately clean. Well-Equipped: It has all the appliances you might need.There’s no TV, but that didn’t bother me at all. The Wi-Fi was fast and stable.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to anyone visiting Baku. The proximity to both red and green metro lines and a great park make it an excellent location, all at a great value! And Khalid is a great host who is very responsive if there are any questions.

I came from India to visit Baku with my husband and we were looking out for some comfortable Airbnb options. We landed up finding Aybaniz's home and it was exactly like in the pictures. The ammenties were top-notch and so was the view as she has mentioned. We had a lovely time staying over and we would definitely recommend it to everyone. This is a very nice house within a few minutes walk of the Caspian Sea. It is clean and comfortable. It can accommodate well a family or group. The internet is strong, the TV has streaming services, hot water is always available, and the washing machine is convenient. The homes in this area do not have street addresses. My group used the car service Bolt and that service worked well. Elshan is an excellent host… very helpful and communicates quickly. Elshan rented this home to us at a very fair price when others were inflating theirs. I recommend this home, especially if you would like to be near the sea.

Zakir is a perfect host to have. Right from the beginning we never felt like we are talking to a stranger. He not only explained the house instructions clearly but also helped us buying groceries on his personal car. House was more than what we saw in the pictures. It was a newly built clean house away from the city and close to the beach. Pool area was super clean with good lighting at night. House 10/10 Host 11/10 for helping us buying groceries. Recommendation a microwave oven in Kitchen will help guests warming their food 😋

Hello, I stayed in this house for a month. It is excellent in terms of access to shopping centers and stores. In terms of peace, it is a very quiet and peaceful place. The neighbors are very kind. The owner of the house was very organized and precise and responded on time. I definitely recommend this place for a stay. Try it once

The host was incredibly friendly, responded quickly to all our messages, and went out of their way to help with everything we needed.
