Lovely house, clean and well-maintained, with orchard. The house has absolutely everything for a comfortable stay: dishes, kitchen utensils, bed linen, air conditioning in each room. 15 minutes by car to the sea, 10 minutes from the house there are markets. The host is friendly and responsive, quickly resolves all issues that arise. We highly recommend this house for a comfortable family holiday.

I am very happy with the apartment in Baku. The apartment is in the city center, large, comfortable, has everything you need for living. Rasul helped with the transfer from and to the airport, was in touch, answered all questions quickly. Thank you very much!

Housing is sweet once, but it lacks air-conditioning in rooms and keys for rooms, etc. The villa is sweet and special. We hope to pay attention to sprinklers and water and the problem of the Internet is weak in the area and lacks a spreader in clothes. It is 20minutes away from Nizami Street.

Zakir is a perfect host to have. Right from the beginning we never felt like we are talking to a stranger. He not only explained the house instructions clearly but also helped us buying groceries on his personal car. House was more than what we saw in the pictures. It was a newly built clean house away from the city and close to the beach. Pool area was super clean with good lighting at night. House 10/10 Host 11/10 for helping us buying groceries. Recommendation a microwave oven in Kitchen will help guests warming their food 😋

so the place was great , the lawns and views were awesome. the beach was like a stones throw away . pool was awesome . we enjoyed the pool and the house itself . almost everything mentioned was available . the only thing was that some rooms were not opened for us so whoever goes next time please communicate to get all the rooms prepped . Otherwise it was a wonderful stay , the kids had a great time cycling and bathing . the lawn was the standout feature as well as the responsiveness of the care taker . the area is quite and secluded away from the bustle of city ,but everything is available from the nearby markets . perfect getaway for large families or multiple couples willing to stay a few days and enjoy the natural beauty of baku and its surroundings. all in all we had a wonderful stay .

the location and the house were very nice. We had a hot water problem, but Eltaj took the necessary steps to solve it right away. The house was clean and met all our needs. Since it is on the street, there is a car noise, but this did not bother me at all, it is taken for its view. The price is a great house in terms of performance. I came here from Germany to visit Azerbaijan, I found this house like my own house, clean, very beautiful, first class furniture, and his force was a very good host, this place is right in the middle of the city. Restaurants are very close here, malls are very close, just a minute or two walk to buy normal things, i.e. to buy household items, everything is within a two minute walk and above all, I will also tell my friends to visit this house once because apart from this you will not think of going anywhere else again. I stayed here for one month. I stayed here for eight days. I have also seen many houses but I don't like any of them.When I come back here I feel like I am staying in a first class hotel so I will tell other people if anyone wants Anna. Aykhan is an outstanding host! Always ready to help, friendly and responsive. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The apartment is cozy , well-maintained and has everything for a long stay. The location is perfect for those who value privacy, security and peace. Several grocery stores are nearby. Getting to the city center takes about 15-20 minutes by taxi, depends on traffic. If you enjoy long walks, its about 50 minutes stroll. I highly recommend Aykhan’s place to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay!

Nigar has very quick and clear communication. The subject of the house is amazing to have air conditioning in their rooms, as in the photos. The kitchen and bathroom amenities make you feel at home.
