so the place was great , the lawns and views were awesome. the beach was like a stones throw away . pool was awesome . we enjoyed the pool and the house itself . almost everything mentioned was available . the only thing was that some rooms were not opened for us so whoever goes next time please communicate to get all the rooms prepped . Otherwise it was a wonderful stay , the kids had a great time cycling and bathing . the lawn was the standout feature as well as the responsiveness of the care taker . the area is quite and secluded away from the bustle of city ,but everything is available from the nearby markets . perfect getaway for large families or multiple couples willing to stay a few days and enjoy the natural beauty of baku and its surroundings. all in all we had a wonderful stay .

Прекрасный дом, чистый и ухоженный, с фруктовым садом. В доме есть абсолютно все для комфортного проживания: посуда, кухонная утварь, постельное белье, в каждой комнате кондиционер. До моря 15 минут на машине, в 10 минутах от дома есть маркеты. Хозяин приветливый и отзывчивый, оперативно решает все возникающие вопросы. Очень рекомендуем этот дом для комфортного семейного отдыха.

Naib is a great host. He is very cordial and helpful. He helped us navigate the city, find good food. He sometimes even cooked for us. I would really recommend others to stay there.

I stayed here during the COP29 summit, and I couldn’t have asked for a better, more comfortable, and convenient accommodation. Elshan is an amazing host—warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful, which made my busy work trip so much easier. The house is spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you could need. Elshan was always available to assist, no matter the time. Additionally, the location is excellent, with a 24/7 department store just a 2-minute walk away and easy access to cabs. I highly recommend staying here—it truly felt like a home away from home!

The Tarlan'a house is located at Mardakan. Mardakan is mostly touristic place during the summer season. We came to the house after season and it was a bit cold at the late evening and morning at the house. There was some minor issues around the house, but Tarlan was very welcoming and was ready to fix all the issues. For me it is very important factor. He doesn't have much hosting experience, so some small things were missing at the house, but for us the human factor is more important. We wish Tarlan and his family all the best 🙏

Perfekt sted hvis du vil ha fred og samtidig være nær strand. Huset er ganske nytt, godt utstyrt, har rask wi-fi, store rom og eget basseng. Verten bor i utlandet, men hennes søster tok oss imot. Hun var veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom. Anbefaler å laste ned Bolt eller Yango- to selskaper vi brukte for å komme oss rundt. Tur til Baku kostet 8-14AZN. Det er et par gode restauranter i nærheten. Amburan Beach Club er verdt et besøk, men det er flere offentlige strender som vi synes er mye bedre. Baku MÅ besøkes- utrolig fin by med mye historie.

Ziya, is an amazing host!

Very nice and comfortable villa in a basic neighbourhood in the North of Baku. A 15 minute walk takes you to the train station which goes downtown. Buses pass nearby, many supermarkets and some restaurants are also close. We didn't try the pool, because it was November, but in general a very pleasant experience!

The environment is exceptionally upscale, featuring a spacious shared kitchen and dining area. The landlord Mr. Fahri is incredibly enthusiastic and friendly, offering us a great deal of extra assistance. For example, he helped with receiving packages, registering information, and resolving any issues we encountered, regardless of the time. Highly recommended!
