Private entrance. 3rd bedroom is upstairs via the front house. Outside by the water, your own terrace. Also suitable for group work with a large work table. Vintage, so beautiful, old and cozy. But not spotless.

The Front House of our national monumental farmhouse has been renovated into a full luxury suite with its own amenities. The original details, such as the high ceilings, the bedstee walls and even an original bedstee you can sleep in, have been preserved. No less than 65m2 with its own kitchen, spacious living room and separate bedroom with freestanding bath. Toilet and spacious walk-in shower. With the option to use the hot tub, sauna and outdoor shower at an additional cost, you can relax wonderfully.

Bicycles available! There are also beautiful ATB routes nearby that you can try out. You can do shopping in the village itself. If you are looking for a larger shopping center, Gorredijk (known for Rinsma modeplein) Sportstad/Thialf Heerenveen, Drachten, Leeuwarden, and Sneek are also easy to drive to.

Spacious shepherd's hut with bathroom & jacuzzi

Romantic, heated, spacious shepherd's hut with bathroom, toilet and kitchen. Cosy box-bed, comfortable couch, TV incl. Netflix and Amazon Prime. In Summer the (shared) pool can be used by guests. The jacuzzi can be booked separately for €30 per 2 h. All in the peaceful countryside with a view of storks in the season. All you need for the perfect getaway can be found here or in the area. The nature reserve Weerribben-Wieden is only 3 km away and Giethoorn a 20-min. drive. We have rental bikes.

Luka's Hut, eco-cabin with sauna by the river

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

The Landscape

With a magnificent view over the countryside in the characteristic landscape of the Frisian Forests, it is wonderful to relax. Welcome to our unique tiny house, hidden in a private forest on the outskirts of the charming Frisian village of Noordwolde. This modern accommodation is ideal for peace seekers and nature lovers. In the summer, enjoy your spacious private garden with seating area, a veranda and a hammock among the trees. In winter, you can sit comfortably inside by the wood-burning stove, which heats the room in no time. The tiny house is compact but equipped with every comfort!

Guesthouse "De Cranvogel" The cozy log cabin can be found in the yard of a farmhouse and has its own driveway. Sheltered beneath a wooden embankment, you look out over the Fochtelooërveen and the beautiful garden. During the summer, the view may be obstructed by the growth of corn or other crops. The log cabin has a bedroom, a bathroom, and a living room, and can be heated with a wood-burning stove. You can make your own cup of coffee or tea in the log cabin.
