The neighborhood is filled with places to eat, socialize, and have an iced drink while enjoying the cultured music, and miles of beach.

High-elevation at the top of the Isabela cliff allows it be very breezy most days of the year. It has a fully remodeled kitchen, living room and family room. Two rooms located downstairs, 1 with a queen bed and the second 2 bunk beds, where lower beds are full size. The master bedroom is located upstairs with its private bathroom.

Each studio has Smart TV internet, private bathroom, kitchenette microwave, electric coffee maker, small refrigerator, queen size bed, side table, futon (convertible to twin size bed), AC and a balcony with ocean view. The common areas for the studios are a pool, gazebo, sitting area by the pool and they all have ocean view. Pets are not allowed.
